【Accommodation Tax from September 1, 2025, onwards】
As of 1 September 2025, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at various updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is charged per person, per night, based on the room rate as follows:

• For room rates from JPY 5,000 to less than JPY 15,000: JPY 200 per person, per night
• For room rates from JPY 15,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400 per person, per night
• For room rates of JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500 per person, per night

If you plan to check in after 22:00, please be sure to contact the property in advance.
If you do not arrive by 22:00 and have not contacted the property, your reservation will be canceled.
Accommodation tax (charged per person per night) is not included in the room rate. Please pay at the property.
For reservations of six rooms or more, different conditions and additional charges may apply.

【Our Environmental Initiatives: Notice of Paid Amenities】
As interest in SDGs and environmental issues grows, our hotel is committed to working together with our guests toward a better “global environment” and “future.”
As part of this initiative, we have discontinued single-use plastic amenities and encourage guests to bring their own. From May 12, 2023, amenities are available for a fee.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to reduce environmental impact and realize a sustainable society.

【For Guests Staying Multiple Nights: Eco Cleaning Information】
As part of our SDGs initiatives, our hotel practices eco-friendly cleaning.

Room cleaning is provided once every three days:
For consecutive stays, the first cleaning will be on the day of check-in, and subsequent cleanings will be after the third night (on the afternoon of the fourth day of your stay).
Cleaning will be conducted between 10:00 and 16:00. If you are in your room during this time, please contact the front desk.
Cleaning dates can be changed upon request.

Towel exchange / Garbage collection:
Towels hanging on the towel rack will not be replaced during cleaning. Used nightwear will be exchanged.
Only garbage placed inside the trash bins will be collected. Garbage placed outside the bins will not be collected, so please ensure all trash is placed in the bins in advance.
On days when cleaning is not provided, towel exchange and garbage collection will be the same as for guests staying three nights or less.

Notes:
Glasses or cups containing beverages will not be replaced.
Keep your valuables with you at all times.

Due to the tax regulation, all guests are committed to the city tax surcharge which is not included in the property reservation cost and will be collected by the property upon check-in.
Guests with children are required to provide children's age in the “Special Request” section upon booking. Additional charges will be applied if failure to do so.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
