The capsule was clean and tidy, with fresh sheets every day. It also has a good sauna. The front desk makes a very strong effort to speak English back, and they are successful to some extent. Had a good stay, not great, but good enough. The best thing is the location of the property. capsules are acceptable for one or two days but not for more than that. Nearly 100 meters from the sugar station. There are also some restaurants nearby.

Overall, I'd return. I was searching for a cheap place to stay because I wanted to shop until I drop, so this place was very helpful for my budget. The room is spacious enough to sit in 59, and it includes free wifi and to. The staff spoke mostly Japanese, but I could have understood basic Japanese. The location has a big screen that folds into beds on the and fi, an oxygen machine on the est floor, a sauna and shower in the basement, and a sauna and shower in the basement. There were complimentary toothbrushes and razors, shaving cream, pajamas, and bath towels available.

This was our only experience in a capsule, so I have no comparisons, but it worked out very well for me and my 3-yearold son. If you take the main exit from sugar station, turn left over the bridge and take the first right, youll soon see it on the corner. One staff member spoke good English and explained the routine of taking shoes off, returning a shoe locker key to reception, paying for the stay and then getting a key for a clothes locker. Larger bagscases can be left at reception for 500 yen, I believe. The capsules themselves werent too narrow. There is a curtain at the end, but no door, so you can hear your neighbours snoring as they can hear you. surprisingly well, I slept. There was a to with a few Japanese channels, a radio, alarm clock, and a power point for charging devices. WiFi worked well. The bathroom on our floor and the main bathroom downstairs were wellstocked with shaving tools, toothbrushes, and other items. The start was fantastic downstairs!.

Ive stayed in a few capsule hotels and this one seems to be below average. The positives include nice amenities including a lounge area, sauna, and a clean, large communal bath. Excellent choice of toiletries available by any standards. The vending machine has a better thanaverage selection including food generally very clean throughout the hotel. I enjoyed a firm bed but the bedding was so thin it was too hard to sleep on. Very little English spoken. Reception needs a new written instruction for us westerners. As per all capsule hotels, checkout is required even if you stay multiple nights. The problem is that there is a charge to leave bags in the hotels. Its only 200, but it is still annoying. The location is a real pain to get to the action in Tokyo.
