Very good room, breakfast and cleanliness was spot on. Only less positive thing was the fact they made us pay a late checkout fee for a 45 mins delay regarding the standard checkout time, it was not the price of the fee but the gesture especially considering we even prolonged our stay, from 5 nights to 7.

Staffs were friendly and super helpful. We needed to transfer luggages to a different hotel from Osaka to Tokyo. And they have a paid service at reception that offers this. The coin laundry service and room cleaning were great as well!

O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho, oferecendo mais conforto do que a média encontrada no país. Além disso, o hotel disponibiliza diversas amenidades que fazem a diferença na experiência, como pijamas, pantufas para uso no quarto e outros itens de cortesia. A equipe foi atenciosa, e toda a estrutura do hotel demonstra cuidado com o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Recomendo fortemente e certamente me hospedaria novamente. The hotel is exceptionally well located in a pleasant, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The cleanliness and organization of the property were impeccable throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The room was spacious and offered a level of comfort above what is typically found in Japan. The hotel also provides several thoughtful amenities, including pajamas, slippers for use in the room, and other complimentary items that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were attentive, and every aspect of the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to guest comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! It was located right next to a train station and family mart which was extremely helpful. The hotel had a free coffee and matcha machine which was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Japan. The room was clean, staff was helpful, and the checkout process was super easy.

Amazing hotel! Very comfortable beds and rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a god send with a rainfall shower made you feel amazing after a long day. Close to subway steps away or 8min max walk to a different line. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.

Had a great stay! I would recommend to anyone staying in Osaka. Loved the convenience of the metro station being right outside the hotel door and a decent commute to all the notable locations like Dotombori or even USJ. Traveling to Kyoto wasn’t bad either. 45-55mins on the metro. Staff came in and cleaned everyday which I thought it as every 3 days but it helped the room stay in order while we were out on tours.

The hotel was well situated above Kitahama station and it can also be accessed via the subway from Yodabashi station which provides access to the Shin-Osaka station. The room was smaller than we were expecting but it was still comfortable for 2 people, the breakfast option was very good with a good selection to cater for a range of palettes. A range of amenities was provided in the reception area where guests can pick the amenity they require. The Royal Park Canvas is a good option which is away from the hustle and bustle of the Dotonburi area but with good transport option so the city can be explored very easily from the doorstep of the hotel.

This hotel is a vibe (boutique) in a walkable thriving neighborhood. It’s contemporary and comfortable. My biggest gripe with this place was the lack of outlets in our room. There was absolutely no electrical outlet in the bathroom, which made curling hair a nightmare. You always need electricity in a bathroom and there was nowhere to plug anything in. The hairdryer was hardwired into the wall. It was also difficult to find outlets around the bed and in the bedroom. The good thing about the hotel is that it is literally steps away from me train station, which was super convenient. It practically sits on top of the train station. Also, there is a large lounge area with a coffee bar and a regular bar so you can just sit there all night and play connect for and chill out if you want to. It’s a very good vibe. They just need to work a little harder on the electrical outlet issue. The shower was great, the water pressure was great, and they gave wonderful amenities. I might stay here again if I knew I wouldn’t have to struggle so much in the morning styling myself in the mirror. 😜
