This hotel is in a great location. 5 minute walk to Goryu. The onsen is a nice bonus. Breakfast was great, but I would rather eat dinner around the area. There are so many great options to eat out in the area

白馬スキー場で滑るため、2泊3日の滞在。 スキー場まで徒歩3分くらいで立地は最高です。 一番良かったのはスタッフさんの対応。チェックイン時や、夕食後など、タイミング合うところでは、エレベーターまでお見送りして頂きました。 チェックアウト後も、車の周りの雪かきを手伝って頂いたり、宿泊時に湯呑みを割ってしまったのですが、怪我への気遣いもあり、人の面での対応がとても嬉しかったです。 食事もとても美味しく、初見のホテルでしたが、また来年利用させて頂きたいです。 しいて言えば、固形燃料を使っての料理、固形燃料の火力がもっと強ければなと思いました。 出来上がるまでに、毎回他を食べ終わってしまうので（食べるペースが早かったらすみません）

The Hotel is a little out of date (although clean and well presented) and the beds are hard as a rock. However, the location is great and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We have a wonderful 6 night stay at this hotel as part of a larger trip. The only showering facility is the public onsen - which is a truly Japanese experience but if you are squeamish about public bathing this hotel is probably not for you.

Staff were very hospitable. They spoke very little English but went the extra mile to communicate and met our every need. We were traveling with young children and they were great with the kids. Food was FANTASTIC!

This is highly recommended. We enjoyed our week in the hotel best. The Hilton is a small family-run hotel on Wading's summit. The accommodations were spacious and comfy. The bathrooms were fairly tiny, slack. The opening, which was a great way to unwind after a day of skiing, was the highlight. sitting in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs with views of the snow was wonderful. The staff was always kind and happy. The buffet breakfast was generous. A delightful friendly laughter from Yuka was a highlight at breakfast time! The hotel provided a minivan shuttle to the Harpoon ski area every morning and afternoon. If you want to walk, it is about a 2-hour drive away or about 7 minutes. Additionally, their driveway leaves the shuttle to Hakana 47 resort.

Overall, I would highly suggest this location! The next time I come, I'd stay here again. This place is absolutely magnificent. The friendliest staff went above and beyond to assist and accommodate. Staff members are constantly extremely happy and eager to assist even after working long hours. Beautiful newly constructed indoor and outdoor structures. Excellent cuisine. Great location, which has a small cat track leading directly to the slopes, a brief walk to the slopes, or drop offs and pick-ups. If you want, they can take a polaroid and put it on a board where you can post a message.

This hotel is very nice with great and friendly staff. The staff are so helpful and attentive. And then, we asked them what we wanted so they were able to arrange everything. After that, there are not many bathrooms, but what really matters is the spacious room.

The hotel is neat and clean, and well located, but the walk uptown the hill on an icy night can be difficult. The staff are without a doubt the greatest asset of this hotel. All the typical superlatives can be used. Helpful, happy, charming, efficient and any other positive you can think of.

I'd stay here again if I wasn't in the peak season because of the high price. Over the new year's holiday, my family took a ski vacation and stayed at this hotel. The staff members were welcoming and accommodating. The hakuna gory ski area is only a short distance away, and there are several inexpensive eateries and ski rental shops close to the hotel. The hotel offers a ski locker area, which is convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable for a family, but guests should note that the showerbath is the common hotel onset bathroom. Our room lacked a shower, and the restroom was in a space so tiny that we found it easier to utilize the hallway restrooms. It was good for us, but guests should be aware of this arrangement. Breakfast was light but sufficient for us.

Property was beautifully situationed and lovely atmosphere. The staff and managers were outstanding, they couldn't help enough to make our time perfect. The main disappointing aspect was the rooms, they were really run down and out of date, they were tired, not very clean and for the money not good value. We were very unahappy with the rooms.
