well air conditioned, friendly staff. we left too early to try the breakfast, but they had a fairly roomy dining area so I expect it would have been decent. we got a free room upgrade since there were very few tourists at the time due to the conflict between Hamas/Israel at the time. For the price (55 JOD/night at the time for two twin beds), I'd definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, room is big and clean, and the staff are very kind. The hotel located at the end of Rainbow Str. where many nice reasturants, cafe, traditional craft shops can be found. It aslo close to the down town "Wast al-Balad" and close to many cultural monuments like Amman Castle, archaeological museums, Roman Theater, and so on. Highly recomended. * I wish they will consider add a sanddals in the room.

Exceptional customer service, with a commitment to making my stay comfortable, at the end of Rainbow street walkable to everywhere. Staff suggested me to a short 10min walk to local downtown great experience overall.

Jabal Amman is at a great location within a 10 to 15 min walking distance from main attractions at downtown; yet in a quiet area at the end of Rainbow St. Amenities were basic; however enough to make the stay comfortable. Rooms are pretty big, and staff was always helpful and friendly.

Mooie ruime kamers, goed ontbijt, goede locatie en vriendelijke staff. Jammer dat er geen restaurant is voor lunch of diner maar je kan in de kamers koken en er zijn veel restaurants op loopafstand.

excellent location of Rainbow street - which is the restaurant area. we had a 2 bedroom suite with a sitting room/kitchen - very comfortable clean. Bathroom was nice with a big shower stall. Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was very helpful and courteous

We stayed for 4 nights from 11 to 15 oct and it waa a pleasant stay, the staff where amazing very welcoming and ready for the help with a smile they wilk go all the way to be helpful Saad thank you an yr colleagues. The location is perfect in the end of the rainbow st. Where you can find different restaurants and Cafe a lovely place for the evning and night and a short walk from the old Amman. If back to Amman we will stay again for sure in this Hotel.
