Room 5 offered nice view of the street below and sovietstyle surroundings. Central location for a nice walk around the neighborhood. Smooth pickup from and dropout to ala airport arranged by hotel.

We spent two days at the dusty hotel, along with my wife, our six-month-old son. We reserved a suite room over application for one day, but our flight from Alma was postponed for a day, so we were unable to extend it. We called the hotel, and they confirmed the change. When we got to the hotel, we were told our room had been upgraded to a Presidential Suite for no extra charge. The room was 187 my suite with a dining, sitting, working lounge, a separate closet room, a large sleeping area with a sitting area, a large bathroom with a luxury shower, a huge jacuzzi with a garden view, and a private sauna. We thoroughly liked our private spa both nights we stayed here. The room service was excellent. We ordered the breakfast when we ordered, so they were so quiet that I hardly could hear them deliver breakfast to our room. My wife slept both days. The meals were tasty. The bar was closed due to the pandemic, but we passed through on our way to the summer terrace. The bar has a very elegant wooden interior with a sense of complexity and luxury with ideal lighting, it would be great to hand out here when things return to normal. This is the best hotel in Alma, I've stayed at, the location is lovely, the location is convenient, and the atmosphere is peaceful. The hotel itself is meticulously maintained, spotless, and well-appointed. Both the bed and my Deluxe room were enormous and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent, it was pleasant and courteous. A visit to the bar revealed that the breakfast was beautifully prepared and peaceful, and it was of the highest caliber and execution despite it not being the most inventive buffet I've seen. really impressive. The only downside was that I could have used a refrigerator in my room, but I can't even use that as a complaint.

This place is wonderful, and I will visit it at every opportunity. Everything is fantastic, and many aspects are fantastic! The hotel is pristine and the bed is comfy, and although the breakfast buffet does not include exotic options, it is of outstanding quality. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are immaculate, and the bed is comfy. The bar is nice and quiet as a place to unwind after a busy day because it is stocked with everything you might need. Everyone should stay at this hotel because it is so fantastic.
