An excellent hotel in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful best breakfast we have ever had in Asia. Only downside was that they didn't have an evening opening restaurant and we had find somewhere outside, this after a long journey.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was in the center of convenient transportation. Their rooms were clean. All the services and the hotel was well maintained, and everything was fine. The front desk and security staff were also very friendly.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is beautiful small, which makes it easy to move to market, riverside, banking, etc. This hotel is also a great spot for business travelers and tourists. The employees are very friendly. Definitely make a reservation at this hotel.

I have a short business trip to vientiane. The hotel is conveniently located. The room with a balcony is very large and has a nice view if you stay on a high floor. I hope to come back here with a very friendly staff.

Overall, it's a bit expensive for what it is. You can definitely find nicer hotels within this price range with much better service. We can vouch for that as we stayed in six places in Venetiane. The service provided by the staff was the first gift it wasn't luxury. Staring at their phones, not even noticeing you when you are standing at the reception desk. Pretty poor standards for a luxury hotel. Breakfast was included in the room. It was simple, but there were a few cold and hot options and a few options for eggs. The hotel also had a gym which we used. There were free weights and some cardio machines, but it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. We stayed during the couid situation so were a little concerned they hadn't made an effort to clean it.
