Because of covid 19, extreme restrictions on cooking and taking out food were very hard to come by. For our wedding anniversary, we decided to go to the Vilnius Ibis styles. We were not let down by this hotel. The receptionist was very helpful. Our dinner was far above our expectations and the breakfast was excellent. But, the downside is that despite being a premium room, it is small!.

We stayed in this hotel for our wedding anniversary and Christmas 7 AM from our apartment. We were not disappointed. The breakfast was much better than we had anticipated with a huge selection. But no hot baked beans in tomato sauce! Dinner was fantastic. The view of the snowy forest was breathtaking. However, even the nicer rooms are small!.

I came to Vilnius for a friend's wedding and stayed at this hotel for three nights. The hotel was pleasant and clean, very close to the city. If admin blunders are corrected, I would recommend this hotel. When I made the reservation a few months ago, they billed me for three nights. Closer to the day, I received an email instructing me to check in, followed the instructions, and was charged again the same amount. Also, my flight back was really early, so I had to check out at a m., so I had to check out the night before I went to pay my city taxes so I could check out quickly. The receptionists told me that paying three euros city taxes in cash would be better. Everything went smoothly, I checked out, returned my key, and paid the money, but I couldn't receive a receipt due to my account being charged twice earlier. I don't have to worry because the receptionist confirmed that I will receive my money back. I got an email saying they would transfer money back, but they would charge me three euros of city taxes that I had not paid. I have no evidence as to how the receptionist took the money just because they bungled in the beginning by charging me twice. This all

This place is excellent if you plan to travel to Vilnius by car and require to remain in a relatively quiet location at night even though it's close to a highway. I liked to eat breakfast on the outside terrace while taking in the view of the busy highway. But, the double bed is actually two separate beds combined, so there's a gap in the middle, which can only be fixed by having a thicker top mattress.

Went with family for one night, when my wife made reservations on application. They sold the room for two couples with children, which we thought was preferable to a couple because the hotel was full and there was no additional bed. The hotel is well designed, very comfortable, and away from the crowds, it is near to a wide range of attractions, including a skiing center, an airport, a park, and they provide a complimentary shuttle bus to the old town. Parking is available, the check-in and check-out processes are handled very attentively, the food is delicious, the service is great, and Eliza did excellent service during the restaurant's supper. We had a minor problem because some visitors to our room were smoking, and all of the smoke was coming through the air conditioner to our room. We complained, and the staff did their best to resolve the issue. I appreciate their efforts. The breakfast is limited but adequate, please work on improving your coffee during breakfast. It is great value for money, and your employees are your asset, and the management deserves kudos. Regards.
