For any reservation, an approval code will be obtained from the credit card given for guarantee purpose. The reservation will be cancelled if the credit card is invalid.
Guests must provide the credit card that used when booking was made to guarantee the booking. The name on the credit card must match the guests's name upon check-in.
In case of booking 3 rooms under the same guest name and date as separate bookings, different policies and additional conditions will be applied.
In case of booking more than 2 rooms under the same booking ID, different policies and additional supplements will be applied.
Name changes are strictly prohibited for any booking. Otherwise, additional charge will be applied to change the name on bookings.
The property will be implementing the following temporary measures to ensure the health and safety of our guests from March 1, 2020.1. Guests are required to submit either a completed health declaration form issued by the residence, share their past 14 days travel history or present a copy of your medical certificate to ensure no recent travel to Hubei and other high risk areas.2. Daily temperature checks.
The swimming pool will be closed for annual maintenance until further notice.
