1) Check-in Time (3pm-8pm) If you require a late check-in, kindly check with us on the possibility.
2) Please ensure no valuable belongings are left in your car. Parking is at your own risk.
3) Smoking is strictly prohibited in our units. A penalty of RM 300 will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, including cigarette butts or lingering smoke smell (validated by Housekeeping), indicating that the guest smoked in the unit.
4) Cleaning Fees and Additional Housekeeping: The cleaning fees cover general housekeeping after your stay. Additional charges will apply if the guest holds a party or fails to clean up. Additional fees may reach up to RM 300.
5) RM 200 penalty for the loss of Temporary Visitor Pass.
6) Strong-smelling or intensely colored food/fruits (such as Durian or Mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit.
7) Adherence to Condo Rules: Please adhere to the rules and regulations of the condo and its facilities. Proper attire is required for the swimming pool and gym.
8) Damage and Loss: Any damage or loss of items belonging to the house will be charged accordingly.
9) Occupancy Limit and Additional Charges: Our unit accommodate only (5)Five guests including children. An additional guest will incur an extra charge of RM 50 per person (maximum 2 additional guest).
