Property policies
- 1. Stirctly NO SMOKING inside the building
- 2. The guests shall book the house via agoda, which subjects to its availability
- 3. Check-in time –After 3pm. Early check-in is subject to its availability
- 4. Check-out time – 11am. Guests who fail to check-out by 12pm will be charged with an additional rate
- 5. Lost key will be charged at RM100
- 6. Guests are not allowed to shout or make loud noises outside the villa
- 7. Please lower down the voices when doing outdoor activities
- 8. Please close and lock all the doors and windows after 11pm
- 9. If neighbours complain the noise to city council, a fine will be imposed by local authority. The fine will be borne by the guests
- 10. Please switch off the electricity when not using it
- 11. No smoking, no drugs, no durians, or excessive alcohol consumption inside the villa
- 12. Please use the facilities with care, any losses or damages will be charged to the guests
- 13. No fireworks or firecrackers or drugs in the villa.
- 14. Guests are not allowed to keep any foods with strong smell in the fridge
- 15. Special cleaning fee (RM100) will be charged if found stains (example: blood stains, urine stains, vomit) on the mattress.
- 16. Please lower down your Movie, drama or TV sound after 11pm
- 17. The host is not liable for any losses or damages to guests’ vehicles
- 18. The host is not liable for any losses or damages or injuries to the guests
- 19. Any personal belongings or items which left behind the villa after check-out will be kept for 1 week.
- 20. The host reserves the right to refuse the guests to enter the house if the guests are under the influences of alcohol or drugs or unsuitably dressed or behave in threatening, abusive or other unaccepted manners
- 21. The host reserves the right to require the guests to leave the villa if the guests causing any disturbances to other guests, neighbours, etc
- 22. Please book the rooms accordance to the number of guests and ages (Entire house policies by Agoda).. Children 2-12 years must use an extra bed. Additional bed / room will be charged at RM100 / room. Children above 12 is considered as adults. Host will give you the digit used to unlock the padlock up one receiving a deposit of RM200, photos ID and completed Google form.
- 23. Mini Pool facility is not operating throughout the year.
