We requested a quiet room because we stayed in a triple room. The air conditioning was in excellent working order, and the room was quite large. The hotels private covered parking area was the most liked feature. The restaurants were close by.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, clean and relatively quiet at night. In a good location, there are many restaurants nearby. The only thing is that there are some noisy neighbors near the hotel who love to spit, but if you can ignore that, you will have a great stay.

The room is spacious and tidy. However, there is no freezer in the room, and the receptionist is kind. I made my reservation through another application, and the system showed that i had checked in at 2 pm. I arrived at the hotel at 2.50 pm, but my room was still not ready yet, so the receptionist requested that my family and i wait 20 minutes for them to tidy up my room. Finally, we were able to check into our room at 3.15 pm.

Kamarnya besar dan sangat bersih. Kamar mandinya bagus dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Wifinya cepat. Kamar menghadap ke halaman dalam. Jadi tidak berisik. Kami merasa sangat nyaman. Stafnya juga sangat ramah dan memberi kami banyak informasi.

I decided to stay in ipoh at the last minute and called around 2 pm to ask about an available room. Luckily, i have. The room is available. Great! I had previously stayed opposite grayhaus and had a ventilation problem. So decided to try another place. Still want to be near the town center for food and pastry shopping. Its a good decision to come to detroit. One thing i like about this place is the parking area. Away from the main road. More private. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. So is the attached bathroom. Feels like a hotel room, the price is really worth it. We arrived last minute so we accepted the room facing the road. Noise from the road till past midnight. Just focus on watching tv. Request a room away from the road next time. The bed is good. The shower has a strong current. Provided in the room. Hair dryer, towel, shower and shampoo gel, coffee making facilities, bottle water, coffee. Not provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, fridge. Recommended place. I too need to book this place again.

Meski hotelnya sudah lama, namun kondisinya sangat bersih dan kamarnya sangat luas, sehingga nyaman untuk menginap. Kamar mandinya memiliki air yang cukup dan dilengkapi dengan produk mandi, sikat gigi, handuk, dan kopi. Satu-satunya hal yang bisa diperbaiki adalah suatu hari jaringannya sangat cepat dan pada hari yang lain tidak bisa bergerak.

The room is very spacious, clean and affordable. The location is close to most of the best places to visit in ipoh. The only downside is that the room we got is in front of the main road. So it is very noisy despite they installed noise cancelling windows, traffic noise still sip through into our room. Overall a great place to stay but request a room away from the main road.

We stayed for a week. The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and, i believe, recently renovated. The staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling, and always saying hello. They are happy to assist and even printed a document for us.

The room is spacious and clean, equipped with wifi. The receptionist is friendly and nice. Nice parking at the back of the hotel. Easy to walk to any restaurant nearby. The only problem is the noise from traveling vehicles along the roadside to the hotel. Overall just a good place to stay for a night.

Overall, i was really impressed by this hotel, do consider staying here if you visit ipoh. This hotel absolutely impressed me. The hotel itself is old, but you can see they really tried their best to turn it into a better and modern hotel. The common area floor and interior design have been remodeled to a more modern look. When i arrived at the reception, a very well mannered and friendly indian girl asked where i could park my car because they offered free parking. Yes, it is very rare especially in this area of ipoh, right in the heart of the city. The indian girl explained nicely and patiently to me how to get to the parking lot, which is just behind the hotel. The hotel requires an rm 50 cash deposit. They only accept credit cards, cash, and bank transfer. So off we went to our room on the third floor. The moment we entered the room, there was a really pleasant smell. The housekeeping team did a really good job, except for the small carpet area in the room. The room also has a split system ac, not a central ac. The ac is cold, but it leaking for 2 nights while we were there, so we had to put a bin under it to collect the water. Location is in the heart of town. Nearly everything tourist attractions are within walking distance. After we left, they called and told us we left our shampoo in the shower but we were long gone so we had to get a friend of ipoh to pick it up a few days later. Another downside is the soundproofing of the room isnt very good as we can still hear honking from the street and also when the housekeeper is doing housekeeping. Well done, d eastern team, you guys are doing such a great job, keep up the good work.

Secara keseluruhan, saya senang dan akan kembali lagi lain kali! Hotel ini sangat bagus. Staf ramah, layanan cepat dan sangat membantu dan siap merekomendasikan aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan di sekitar Ipoh dan restoran pada malam hari. Kamarnya indah, nyaman, sederhana dan bersih! Fasilitasnya termasuk colokan, TV, pemanas air, wifi, ketel, pengering rambut, pengering rambut, besi, peralatan mandi, dan tuala semuanya lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik. Ada juga tempat parkir kereta api. Bagus! Lokasi: tempat strategis di tengah bandar, hanya suara bising dari kereta motor lalu. Mau pergi ke mana pun mudah karena dekat, berjalan kaki ke tempat makan cepat, memory lane, gerbang malam, dan medan makan. Secara keseluruhan, saya puas dan akan kembali lagi!
