The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. I stayed for one night to participate in the twincity marathon 2023. Its a 15minute walk from the starting point of the marathon.

The deluxe queen is spacious. The room is clean. There is enough lighting. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Toiletries are basic and minimal. No spoon to stir coffee. They provide a water dispenser in the corridor. Only 7 channels on tv. Parking is free but slots near the hotel are usually full because many people go to nearby restaurants. Location is great as there are restaurants and commodes nearby. But the wall is thin. I was rudely awakened several times in morning due to the sound of the door slammed from my next room. Even though you checked in surprisingly late, the front desk will call you up sharply at 12 noon to remind you to check out.

The staff was friendly. They helped us to switch to a different air conditioner because the remote control wasnt working. The water pressure and general cleanliness were good. There was slack in the bed. Although there are no windows or balconies in this groundfloor room, we only stayed for one night, so thats fine. Its also pleasant to live in, safe and not noisy.
