Saya mencoba untuk pertama kalinya menginap di hotel ini karena hotel ini memenangkan Tripadvisor award 2012. Selain itu, istri saya ingin lokasi hotel yang dekat dengan Sogo, Jalan Masjid India dan Jalan Entar untuk memudahkan membeli belah. Oleh karena itu, saya memesan kamar luas seharga 170 dua malam dan mendapat kamar nomor 108. Meskipun harga agak tinggi, saya terima karena musim liburan sekolah dan cuti krismas. Ini adalah pandangan dan perkongsian pengalaman saya selama menginap di Hotel ini. Hal positif dari hotel ini adalah staf dan stafnya yang ramah, cepat mengambil tindakan dan hospitalitinya. Masalah masuk kamar yang cepat dan para staf membantu meletak kendaraan saya. Untuk mereka yang ingin meletak mobil, kamu menasehatkan tidak meletakkan kendaraan di depan jalan entar atau belakang hotel atas keselamatan kendaraan Anda, oleh-oleh itu kamu dapat meletakkan kendaraan pada tempat pengemasan dbl atau di belakang hotel Starpoints jalan masjid india. Dikenakan biaya m 10. 00 Saya mendapat kamar 108. Apa yang saya dapati adalah siaran tv kabur, jelas adalah astro ria lain siaran kabur, mana siaran youtube yang lemah. Akses kemanapun mudah. Lokasi sangat strategis bila kamu ingin berbelanja kerudung, jilbab dan baju sari india. Di sekitar hotel juga banyak warung makan dan jajanan kaki limafoodstreet. Dari hotel ini ke Kali sentral hanya butuh waktu 5 menit dengan grab rm.

Lokasinya strategis, di belakang ada pusat kuliner dan di sebelahnya ada pusat baju baju. Tapi agak jauh dari rail transit Masjid Jamek. Tapi untuk jalan ke stasiun rail Transit Masjid Jameki, kiri kanan banyak yang bisa dibeli.

Lokasi hotel cukup strategis, hanya 10 menit jalan kaki dari stasiun night rail transit Masjid Jamek. Kualitas kamar sangat baik dan harganya terjangkau. Kualitas sarapan perlu diperbaiki, tetapi sesuai dengan harga yang dibayar. Kamar tidur bersih dan fasilitas lengkap, hanya TV yang kurang memuaskan.

Sangat cocok untuk yang datang ke Kuala Lumpur untuk membeli belah. Hotel ini sangat dekat dengan Sogo, Mydin, jake, kamar dan lainlain. Bagi yang datang untuk membeli dan membeli belah, bolehlah menginap di dekat Fenz Hotel. Hotel sih juga dekat dengan stasiun kereta api bawah tanah. Jika ingin mencari makanan, senang dan dekat.
