Lokasinya di pusat kota. Tempatnya juga strategis. Parkiran terbatas. Resepsionisnya ramah dan murah senyum. Yang saya temui, mbaknya ketus dan tidak tersenyum. Bapak yang mengarahkan parkir juga ramah. Ada deposit saat check-in. Saya mendapat kamar di lantai 6 dengan pemandangan kota Surabaya yang indah di pagi dan malam hari. Tapi kaget banget pas pertama masuk sudah ketemu wastafel dan bau rokok padahal tidak merokok. Mungkin bau dari ACnya. Kamarnya kedap suara jadi nyaman untuk istirahat. Tersedia 2 botol minum kecil. Kalau besar berbayar. Tidak ada isi ulang. Tersedia kopi dan teh. Tapi gulanya banyak semut dan kemasannya kotor. Ada brankas dan kulkas mini yang berguna banget kalau bawa anak kecil. Hanya ada 1 sikat gigi, headcap, sanitasi kamar mandi. Kamar mandi sempit banget, pantes wastafelnya di luar kamar mandi. Sabun mandi keluarnya sedikit. Air panas berfungsi. Shower toilet bocor. Handuk mandi 1 berwarna putih bersih, 1 harus diberi pemutih sepertinya. TV banyak saluran dan bisa digunakan. Untuk makanan enak, tapi tidak terlalu banyak variasi. Nasinya ada 3 macem lauknya, lauknya cuma 1 ayam tepung dan ada ote-ote-ote. Ada bubur ayam, roti bakar, buah-buahan dan warmindo yang dibuatkan ketika saya minta. Secara keseluruhan baik-baik saja.

Secara keseluruhan bagus. Mbak dan masnya ramah. Namun, sebaiknya ruang gym diberi gorden agar bisa digunakan pada siang hari. Karena saat siang sangat panas terkena sinar matahari. Saya sering menginap di sana untuk mengantar orang tua saya berobat. Terima kasih. Semoga masukan saya dapat ditanggapi oleh manajemen. Sukses selalu untuk g suite hotel.
