The property collects a cash deposit of MYR 100 upon check-in and refundable on check-out.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises, failure to comply with a penalty of MYR 500 will be chargeable.
No pets allowed.
Guests are advised to be considerate and keep the volume down at night.
Guests are not allowed to bring local fruits such as durian, mangosteen and jackfruit in the premises, failure to comply with a penalty of MYR 300 will be chargeable.
Guests shall not damage, alter or remove room furniture and fittings.
Guests shall not exceed the specified maximum room occupancy.
A penalty of MYR 50 will incur for any lost/damage of the hotel room key card.

**The hotel management reserves the right to forfeit the damage deposit of guests found violating the hotel rules. ** Under Section 3 and 4 of the Innkeeper Act 1952, the hotel will not be held responsible for any valuables left in the room.
Option 1 - Parking at Sutera Avenue Basement car park, rates at RM2.50nett for the first 2 hours and subsequent hours will be charged at RM1.50 (Rates starting from July 01, 2025).
Option 2 - Parking at Harbour City open space parking (opposite building of Sutera Avenue), from 6am - 11.59am, the first 15 minutes free then first 3 hours rates at RM3.00, following hours will be charged at RM1.00 (maximum of 3 hours). From 12pm - 11.59pm, the first 15 minutes free then every 2 hours rates at RM1.00.
