目の前がタイ大使館なため、visa等の取得の際に大変便利です。ホテル内にも簡易コンビニもありいろんな面で便利なホテルです。

The neighborhood is great. The hotel is close to the towers, shopping streets but in a very nice, quiet area due to all the embassy located on this street. The room was very big and comfortable. Big bathroom with soft towels. The staff very friendly and helpful! I will be back for sure.

The staff really kind and helpful when we need all information and recommendation. When we first check in we got some a bit problem in the room so they change us the room right the way. And change the check out time to be more suited with out flight .. that perfect!

Apartment is huge and rooms were comfortable although design and furnitures are a bit old. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Will come back here again.

Petit séjour en famille pour faire nous visas pour la Thaïlande. Très bel établissement mais réception très désagréable on nous a demandé de l'argent alors que nous avions déjà payé... Il voulait que nous laissons plus de 200 euros .... Puis empreinte de carte bleue . petit déjeuner compris le lendemain il a tente de nous les faire payer ....

The hotel is good and economically reasonable. The location is a huge plus as it's in the heart of city and at walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers (15 min walk ~ 1.5 km) & KLCC Mall. We opted for double bedroom suite and the suite is very nicely maintained and its quite spacious. It contains all necessary stuff and one can even look forward to some instant cooking as hotpot, microwave and few utensils including cutlery is provided.

Отель бронировали для ночевок, рядом с башнями, пешком правда не отважились топать до них, т.к. экономили энергию учитывая парки, шоппинг и т.п. Номера староваты, но большие и удобные. Завтрак нам понравился. Вид кстати с бассейна на башни уже загорожен строящимся зданием, а мы на него рассчитывали. На первом этаже гостиницы отлично и дешево готовят пицу и другую итальянскую кухню. Персонал услужлив , откликался и пытался помочь всегда, за что спасибо им. В общем негатива не осталось после пребывания. Цена/качество соответствует.
