Lokasinya strategis dekat MRT Bukit Bintang (pintu keluar Alor) atau LRT Bukit Bintang. Tidak ada lift, tapi lumayan. Staf sangat membantu dan akan membantu membawa barang bawaan ke kamar. Kamar bersih, AC bagus dan sejuk. Pemanas airnya berfungsi. Mereka menyediakan 2 handuk bersih dan handuknya terlihat baru bagi saya. 2 Botol air dan dua sabun juga disediakan. Anda dapat meninggalkan barang bawaan setelah check-out. Tips: mintalah kamar tanpa jendela jika Anda tipe orang yang mudah terbangun karena jalan Alor cukup bising. Staf ramah dan sangat membantu. Bagi saya, tempat ini bagus dan saya pasti akan menginap di sini lagi jika ke KL.

Akomodasi ini adalah perhentian terakhir saya sebelum kembali ke rumah untuk Natal. Stafnya ramah dan saya sangat menyesal telah menulis ulasan buruk. Namun, sekarang saatnya bagi para profesional untuk mengendalikan hama. Kamar kecil penuh dengan kecoa. Mereka memanjat dinding dan menemukan diri mereka di antara kasur dan di belakang tempat tidur. Kecoa bukanlah hal yang aneh di daerah tropis, tetapi saya belum pernah melihat mereka dalam jumlah besar dalam lima bulan terakhir di Asia Tenggara. Saya kemudian harus memeriksa barang bawaan saya dan membekukannya agar tidak ada serangga yang dibawa pulang. Hotel harus fokus pada kebersihan dan pengendalian hama. Saat check-out, saya melaporkan masalah ini kepada resepsionis.

Lokasinya sangat strategis, jalan Alor tepat di ujung. Kami tidak terlalu senang dengan kondisi kamar. Kecoak ada di mana-mana dan itu membuat saya sangat tidak nyaman dan tidak higienis. Ada juga banyak kecoa di toilet. Selain itu, sel-sel ruangan menetes dan kondisi selnya juga sangat buruk. Stafnya sangat ramah, tetapi kami hanya tidak menyukai kondisi kamarnya sendiri. Kami bahkan checkout 2 jam kemudian setelah check-in karena saya dan mitra saya benar-benar merasa itu terlalu menjijikkan bagi kami.
