Strategic location, near petaling street market which is 60 meters away, Pasar Seni LRT station is 550 meters away. Near central market. The drawback in room 205 is the hot water in the shower is not hot enough

I know its too good to be true, but i had the best sleep ever. Ive never seen a comfortable bed, even in 4-5 star hotels. I was scared because there were no windows, but its perfectly fine as it blocks out the outside noise from the busy and noisy area. Great location. Best price for the value.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, bantal dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Bisa tenang jika tidak ada tamu di kamar sebelah jika tidak, Anda akan mendengar semua suara dari kamar sebelah. Saya menginap di kamar 307 selama 5 hari, lalu saya menambah malam lagi sehingga totalnya menjadi 19.

The location is excellent, with easy access to various places and restaurants, as well as convenient laundry facilities. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning works well, although it can be noisy if the fans are not set to level 1. The selfcheckin process is quite convenient and userfriendly. However, the downside is that the wifi connection is poor, frequently experiencing lags and disconnections. It is difficult to find staff members when it comes time to request clean towels or emptying trash. The water pressure in the shower is not optimal, and there is only one power socket available.

Saya merekomendasikannya. Lokasi hotel yang bagus. Kamarnya kecil tanpa jendela. Saya takut udaranya sedikit atau ada bau berjamur tapi tidak masalah, kapnya berfungsi dengan baik. AC-nya tidak berisik dan berfungsi dengan baik. Staf sangat baik. Setiap hari mereka menyediakan 2 botol air dan kopi 3 in 1 dan mengganti handuk. Saya telah memperpanjang masa tinggal saya beberapa kali. Total saya hidup selama lebih dari 3 minggu.

Staf, kebersihan dan lokasi semuanya sangat baik, tetapi bau deterjennya sangat menyengat sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur dan bahkan pusing. Masalah tersebut saya laporkan kepada staf segera setelah memasuki kamar selama 20 menit. Staf sangat baik dan membantu saya menelepon pemilik. Mereka mengatakan bahwa staf kebersihan terlalu keras. Kamarnya memang bersih dan terlihat bagus. Operator mengatakan mereka dapat mengganti kamar saya, tetapi kemudian dipastikan bahwa kamar itu sudah penuh dipesan. Saya memesan untuk tiga malam tetapi operator tidak mau membatalkannya dua hari kemudian. Untuk harga kamar, jika ingin menginap lama (lebih dari satu hari) disarankan untuk mencoba keluarkan sebelum memesan di lokasi untuk melihat apakah Anda dapat menerimanya. Jika tidak, setelah Anda memesan di situs pemesan online, operator tidak akan mengembalikan uang kamar Anda apa pun situasinya. Gratis. Ini jelas merupakan pengalaman terburuk yang pernah saya alami saat tinggal di Kuala Lumpur. Kemudian saya memutuskan untuk tidak tinggal di sana dan menginap di hotel yang lebih terjangkau di Little India yang lebih baik daripada memiliki ruangan yang wangi sehingga saya tidak bisa tidur. Saya hanya bisa mengatakan kasihan kepada staf, staf sangat baik, tetapi saya juga bersyukur karena saya langsung memesan hotel lain dalam dua hari untuk menyimpan kenangan saya di Malaysia.
