1. Parties and wedding events are limited to 35 people BUT Strictly no overnight guests more than number of guests stated. Visitors are allowed until 10pm. Once founded, additional charge Rm30 per pax will be imposed without extra bed. Don’t sleep on the sofa or in the living space/ parlor with your own sleeping bag.

2. No loud noise is allowed after 10pm. The walls are not sound proofing and will disturb the neighbours. Especially do not moving the tables and chairs , running or chatting / laughing leisurely in the room.

3. Please park your car properly and do not block the road which will resulting the complaints.

4. No BBQ/ Karaoke /Loud Music/ Fire Works /Alcohol drinks or Beer.

5. Food and drinks only allowed in living hall and dining area at the ground floor. Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms or upstairs to avoid spill over our bedding items and cause a lot of ants.  

6. Please turn off all electrical appliances especially lighting and Aircond when not in use or leaving the house. Do the earth of favour , Be the energy saver.

7. Electricity usage is capped at Rm30 per day for bookings longer than 2 days or more. Excessive usage will be charged accordingly.

8. Strictly No illegal activities are allowed. Necessary actions will be taken and cancellation of booking without the refund.

9. No parties or events without communication and prior approval from the host. A penalty fee of RM500 will be charged for this violation. Once approved, additional charge will be imposed, please check with us.

10. Please maintain cleanliness, remove the decoration / balloons and throw away the food residue / rubbish to dustbin outside the house. No smoking or Vaping ( including all electronic smoking devices ) in the house, No pets and No drugs allowed. Furniture must arranged back to original place. Otherwise, Rm350 will be charged for special cleaning fee.

11. Please remove your shoes before entering the house.

If anyone is found to be violating the house rules, we reserve the right to ask you to check out immediately without refund (Please agree before booking).

Other than the above, all the guests will be treated with utmost respect and expected to have fun =)
