The hotel itself is hidden behind the shoplots, but it has good security. Then, the price is worth it but its too far for any convenience store or mini mart. After, bhp petrol is the nearest minimart to the closest minimarket.

The service provided was that they gave you a grab contact if you were traveling, especially i was traveling alone because the driver was chinese. She is very friendly. The only problem was you had to bring your own toiletries, they didnt give you one. They have sachet dispenser and ironing box for ironers. Overall the staff were very polite and understanding.

All facilities are good overall. However, they dont provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. All tv channels are blurry. The service from the counter is also good.

The room is clean, comfortable, and spacious. However, there is no shampoo, soap, or other toiletries available. I suggest using a towel and some liquid on the wall for soaking your body.

The hotel is excellent, and the rooms are roomy enough for families. We had a small miscommunication regarding room service, which required us to inform them of our request for room services unless they would not do so. But otherwise, its ok and i enjoyed my stay.
