Konsep hotel dengan self check in namun tidak diinfokan sebelumnya kepada pelanggan sehingga cukup menyulitkan ketika tiba di lokasi karena customers perlu menghubungi pihak hotel melalui WA (tidak ada stay CS yg standby di hotel) lalu perlu melakukan registrasi kembali untuk bs mengakses pintu utama dan mendapatkan kunci kamar. Agak sedikit merepotkan. Jika pelanggan ingin dibersihkan kamarnya, perlu membayar kembali sebesar 20 RM.

Kamarnya sesuai dgn harga nya kecil banget,ac dingin tapi kamar mandi nya kl mandi basah semua. Dan klo bs bawa botol ya krn ga ada botol minum dikmr tp ada dispenser di bawah. Ambil2 malam sy cuma nginap 1 malam, krn badan ibu saya gatal" wkt tdr🥲
