I love the professionalism of every staff I met from the person at the reception counter to the housekeeping. The room I booked was amazing and comfortable. The cleanliness level can be improved especially around the bathroom. Also, need to improve of the quality of the bath towel. Overall, it was an amazingly experience. Definitely looking to stay in Penview again.

Saya mendapatkan kamar yang bersebelahan dengan ballroom yang sedang mengadakan acara, suaranya agak berisik, seperti karaoke, Anda dapat mendengarkannya dari kamar sampai larut malam. Terlepas dari kondisi kamar dan layanan yang diberikan oleh staf, semuanya baik-baik saja.

The location is easily accessible. Parking is available, but it may be full during peak hours like school holidays, weekends, and public holidays. There is free parking. The cleanliness of the room is satisfactory. The room service is satisfactory. The rooms are in decent condition. Although there is no iron in the room, there is an ironing room available. The breakfast buffet is adequate. There arent many options, but thats fine with me. There are no additional facilities. The staff is friendly. This hotel can accommodate wedding ceremonies and other events. There may be some noise from the event. Overall, the stay is satisfactory. I have no complaints. For a budget hotel, the price is reasonable.
