The staff is friendly, i booked through instagram and received a very quick response. Clean room, bathroom and toilet. The location is perfect, between the airport and downtown. Surrounding is full of famous food restaurants and malls.

This is my third time staying here, and its very convenient because its only a 10minute drive from the airport. Its also conveniently located near Swineburne university. However, it could be improved with better housekeeping, as they only change towels, make beds, and throw away rubbish. Additionally, they never clean used cups and the toilet bowl, as there were brown stains still visible when i entered. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful, so i appreciate their assistance.

The location is good, 10 minutes drive from the airport, and there is a large shopping mall 20 meters away, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms are well equipped and costeffective. The owner is chinese, so living in this place is very suitable for chinese people.

I came here for work for a second time. The room is fine except the bathroom is very small. It feels like i accidentally banged the wall during the shower. The towels have an odd smell. But overall, everything is fine.

Lokasi hotel ini berada di sebelah mal. Di sekitarnya terdapat banyak tempat parkir. Staf disini melayani dengan sangat baik hati. Area kamar nya berukuran lapang dan kebersihannya terjaga dengan baik. Selain itu, hotel ini terletak tidak jauh dari Bandar Udara. Hanya saja, lokasinya agak jauh dari Chinatown. Hotel ini menyajikan sarapan dengan rasa yang cukup enak.

I would love to highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. First, the receptionist named joanna is very helpful and honest. Second, i lost my earbuds two days ago. And when i checked out, she returned to me. This is the attitude every hotel staff should have. Third, there is plenty of parking. Fourth, the room is comfortable and quiet even facing the main road. Fourth, all the staff including the cleaners are also friendly and very happy during my 5 day stay. Will come back in the future.
