7) No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation. There cannot be more than people booked in or on the property at any one point in time.
8) This property is located in a residential area. Keep noise low and don't disturb neighbours to avoid complaints from residents or management. No noise after 11pm.
9) No shoes in the house.
10) Leave the place as you found it, clean and tidy. If you have used any dish, pot, cups, etc please wash clean and if you have moved any furniture (especially bed) please return to the original position before leaving.
11) Not allow oily cooking. Simple cooking (example: instant noodle, boiling, baby foods) is allowed only.

➤ We will collect security deposit of RM200. Security deposit is refundable when following our House Rules.
