‼️ Important Notes ‼️
1. For security purposes, registration is required to be done early A Day Before Arrive / Once booking is confirmed. Acceptable forms include a photo of Malaysia local ID, driving license or passport either one. Kindly contact us thru whatsapp at +60128216562 for registration to get the check in instruction. Do noted that, our customer line is from 10am to 11pm. Therefore, it is important and appreciate your attention on this to contact us AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE YOU WISH TO CHECK IN.
2. Registration LATEST TIME IS BEFORE 11.30pm. If guest respond/ register AFTER 11.30pm, will not get back any respond. So the booking will be considered NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND
3. A refundable security deposit RM300 is required. Acceptable forms included instant bank transfer (Malaysian ONLY) or in cash forms (Foreigner ONLY) during check in.
4. Early check-in and Late Check-out is chargeable and subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance.
5. Cleaning Fees that you paid for the booking is the one off house cleaning & laundry service after check-out. Additional house cleaning service can be arranged with additional charges.
6. All guest rooms are 100% STRICTLY NO SMOKING (THE ENTIRE BUILDING, UNIT AND BALCONY IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE). Penalty fees RM300.00 will be charged towards the guest who violates the smoking policy.

‼️Deposit Refund Policy‼️
1. Refund Eligibility
The deposit will be refunded WITHIN 24 HOURS after the guest checkout, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The property is left in good condition with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- All keys, access cards, or other items provided are returned.
-The property is cleaned in accordance with our cleaning guidelines (e.g., no excessive mess).
2. Deductions from the Deposit
The deposit may be partially or fully withheld in the following situations:
- Damage to Property: Any damage caused to the property or its contents will be deducted from the deposit. The guest will be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
-Excessive Cleaning Fees: If additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or improper disposal of trash, cleaning fees may be deducted from the deposit.
-Missing Items: If any items provided (keys, furniture, equipment, etc.) are missing or damaged, the cost of replacement will be deducted.
-Violation of House Rules: Any violation of house rules, including unauthorised guests or smoking in non-smoking areas, garbage place outside of the unit/ apartment, having smelly items example durian, may result in deductions from the deposit. (Kindly refer to the house rules)
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed using the SAME METHOD as the original payment.

7. 100% STRICTLY No Durian & Mangosteens are allowed in the apartment. Penalty fees RM300.00 will be charged towards the guest who violates the policy.
8. Guests are responsible for the apartment key, access card given on arrival. There will be a charge of RM300/per house access card and key for any damages or loss of apartment key, access card.
9. Guest is 100% STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to place any trash/rubbish/garbage outside the apartment. Please keep INSIDE the unit or throw to the garbage room at the same floor. Penalty fees RM300.00 will be charged towards the guest who violates the policy.
10. Any damage or stubborn stains caused by guest on our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting, hair dryer, etc may attract additional cleaning treatment cost which will be borne by guest.
11. No pets are allowed in the apartment.
12. Guests are responsible for owned valuables’ safety therefore please kindly keep your valuables properly during your stay until check out from the house. We are NOT taking any responsibility to keep the lost and found.
