The location is good, the room is comfortable. The shower screen lets water all into the bathroom but is strong. The housekeeping is great, everything we needed was given. The gym is ok, the treadmills arent working, the free weights are very limited 2 kg-10 kg, and a lot of wasted space with no mats available. The staff are great. Would recommend.

This modern hotel is in a good location. Grabs are very easy to get around in this area. The bedroom was very large and the housekeeping was very good. As a gym user, it would be very helpful to have mats to work out on. Very simple and there is a large empty space in the gym entrance that already has mirrors in so for 100 rm, the area could be used as if one person was in the weights area, you cant use the gym unless you want to do cardio.

Hotel ini terletak di Jalan Agryll. Untuk menuju ke sana dari Bandara Penang (16 km), Anda dapat menggunakan bus rapid Penang atau layanan antar-jemput bandara hotel dengan konfirmasi terlebih dahulu. Biayanya sekitar 80 myr. (1 km).

Harganya tidak mahal, kondisi kebersihan sesuai standar, suhu AC nyaman, dan jendela besar. Berbeda dengan banyak hotel lain dengan harga ini tanpa jendela, hal ini meyakinkan. Hotel ini berada di gedung komersial dan memiliki kafe di lantai pertama, jadi cari pintu dan masuk. Sebagai orang dewasa dengan kekuatan fisik normal, Anda dapat berjalan kaki ke berbagai tempat wisata di George Town dan sangat nyaman untuk makan dan minum. Biaya taksi Garb ke bandara sekitar 36 RM (40 menit) dan biaya taksi ke Penang Hill 13 RM (35 menit). Satu-satunya kekurangan adalah resepsionis tidak buka 24 jam dan tutup pada jam 10 malam, tetapi hal ini tidak akan mempengaruhi tamu yang datang pada siang hari.

Hotel yang nyaman di Penang. Kasurnya juga ada yang double besar-besar (double queen bed), ada yang isi 3 (double dan single). Ada kopitiam di depan hotel, jadi pagi-pagi bisa sarapan nasi bungkus dan aneka kue seperti di Indo, enak-enak. Kekurangan dari hotel ini.

Tidak akan tinggal di sini lagi. Tidak ada peredam suara, jadi Anda dapat mendengar suara dari koridor, kedua kamar di kedua sisi, dan dari jalan. Jadi sangat bising. Ini pertama kalinya saya di Penang dan menginap di Urban H Hotel memberi saya kesan yang luar biasa tentang kota ini. Saya suka lokasinya yang dekat dengan museum, taman, kafe, dan restoran yang sangat bagus. Stafnya ramah. Kamar selalu bersih. Tempat tidurnya seperti hadiah dari surga. Ketika saya tiba, saya baru saja berada di Singapura beberapa hari sebelumnya dan kurang tidur karena hotel yang saya pesan tidak bagus. Sangat senang mengetahui bahwa Urban H menawarkan semua ini untuk pelancong yang kurang tidur seperti saya.
