Secara keseluruhan saya cukup puas menginap di hotel ini. Saya mendapatkan kamar dengan 3 kamar tidur dan satu ruang tamu. Lokasi hotel ini tidak jauh dari tempat wisata KL.

Mohon untuk meningkatkan kualitas saluran TV dan sikap staf. Komputer mati setelah menonton film kurang dari beberapa saat. Saya tidak mengerti ada apa dengan dia. Dalam satu kalimat, itu sangat buruk. Sikap staf perlu ditingkatkan. Nadanya tidak terlalu bagus. Terima kasih.

Sangat mengecewakan. Kami memesan untuk 6 orang dan mereka memberi kami apartemen untuk 5 orang, jadi satu orang harus tidur di sofa tanpa alas tidur atau handuk untuk mandi, meskipun kami bertanya kepada manajer. Apartemen penuh dengan kecoak. Di sisi lain, ketika kami check-out, kami meminta mereka untuk menyimpan koper kami selama beberapa jam, awalnya berkata ya dan kemudian memberi tahu kami bahwa itu tidak mungkin. Manajer sama sekali tidak berusaha membantu kami, bahkan bersikap kasar. Kesimpulannya, perlakuan tidak menyenangkan dan pengalaman buruk. Murah itu mahal.

Lokasi apartemen sangat bagus. Terletak di tengah dan semuanya cukup jauh. Itu adalah satu-satunya hal yang baik. Kamar mandi berbau kotoran, 4 handuk hilang (dari 6), setelah 5 tisu toilet mereka menolak memberi kami yang baru dan kamar ketiga tidak lebih besar dari lemari pakaian dan tidak ada AC.

Our 5 night stay at vortex in klcc was great for our kl city tour! The flats are well maintained, tidy, and minimalistic. Bed rooms, kitchen, utensils, and utility room are all perfect to give you a homely feeling! Checking in and out was also quite easy and our host(lovest) was very caring and helpful! We will definitely be back and recommend our friends to stay here for their next kl trip.

The hotel is divided into two levels, the lower one (1 to 33 A) and the higher one (35 to 57). The hotel has a shop, a gym, and a swimming pool on the 6th floor. There is also a 7Eleven shop on the ground floor. The lobby has two vending machines for goods as well as an atm. By far, it was a good hotel in terms of budget and travel distance. If you use grab, make sure to pinpoint your location to the correct pick up point if youre at vortex suites. Otherwise, as a new user of grab, the location will direct you to the shangrila hotel, which is on the opposite side of the main road.

I will definitely stay here again! I adore the scenery so much. My family was handled very nicely and politely by the staff! Our stay was very enjoyable and enjoyable. The laundry and kitchenware are excellent and userfriendly.
