10/10 . The most nicer guest house I have ever visited. Staff are very friendly, the receptionist are always there and they go beyond and above their duties. The Hotel rooms are clean, basic but the environment is so pleasant the garden is very relaxing with a beautiful vibes I would recommande their trip packages the trip crew are fantastic, very very friendly. For people who want to relax that is the perfect place to stay Thank you for making my trip magical !!

ビキニビーチまですぐ。水着で行って帰ってこれる。朝食はビュッフェ式の他に５つのメニューから注文する形も選べた。出来立てをいただけるのはありがたかった。ジャグジーはリクエストしてから使用。レストラン内にあるので時間を選ぶ必要アリ。

Underbar vistelse, trevlig personal, bra service. De bar ner solstolar åt oss till stranden! Sandgården med hängmattor, pratande papegoja och mysig katt Benji tillsammans med ganska bra mat och underbara fruktdrinkar gjorde vår vistelse fantastisk! Mycket bra air condition på rummet, vi hade faktiskt filtar på natten! Vi fick också växla till oss dollar via kreditkort, och massagen på grannhotellet var skön! Ibrahim var också en trevlig manager som pratade med oss och berättade mera om livet på ön! Så bra att vi valde Maafushi och inte en resortö! Vi besökte en över en dag, och ångrade verkligen inte att vi bokade Stingray Beach! Dykningen med Maafushi Dive var också fantastisk, hajar, eaglerays och delfiner. Kanondykning! Tack för det, Really m fl! Och tack för en underbar semester på Maldiverna! (det enda jag kan tipsa om - kontakta hotellet i förväg avseende transfer. Vi bokade icom, och de for ifrån oss, så vi förlorade 50 dollar redan från start. Men hotellen har samma priser, och de väntar in sina passagerare - det gör inte iCom! Vårt flyg var 35 minuter sena, vi kom till mötespunkten 11-12 minuter senare än avtalad tid och då hade redan vår båt gått, Möjligen kunde vi vänta drygt fyra timmar på flygplatsen för att komma vidare, men efter 26 timmars flygtid var inte det så intressant! Vi tog en annan hotellbåt (Arena hotel) och fick betala 50 dollar till, men det var det värt!

Fedt sted lidt tilbagetrukket fra stranden. Vi mødte et meget venlig personale og fik et fint familieværelse. Virkelig et anbefalelsesværdigt sted hvis man er til lokal turisme og med masser af stemning. Maafushi har kun en lille bikini strand, men den er god til små børn og der er også en lille smule koraller og fisk at se med snorkel fra stranden

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owner of reared us as we arrived to the island, and explained the check in process and activities available thoroughly. The room was a great price and spacious. Everything was very clean and the restaurant is great. We especially enjoyed how there is dining and hammocks available in an open air sitting beneath the trees. It is a very short walk to the swimming beach.

For an island in the middle of the ocean they do very well. The bed was sadly made of concrete but the room was nice. There were a few issues which I am sure are par for the course, when the electric went I was invited to eat in their sister hotel 2 doors up. Staff incredibly friendly and the place was clean which is really all I needed. If I returned I would stay here again

I decided to do the Maldives the cheap/backpacker way and that meant staying on Maafushi at the Stingray vs a crazy expensive resort. You get what you pay for: the island is undergoing a lot of building work and I enjoyed mingling with the locals. Foreigners are restricted to bikini beach but staff at the Stingray can organise a bunch of excursions (great value for money): day trip to a resort, snorkelling, diving etc. The room was comfy but not sound proofed and I had very noisy neighbours so bring earplugs! the breakfast is delicious and I couldn't get enough of the fresh juices. the staff is excellent and very attentive.

Svært hyggelig mottakelse av folk i resepsjon og drift. Mer reservert i restauranten, og dette opplevdes som stadig verre i løpet av oppholdet. Siste morgenen var direkte lite hyggelig. Forvirrende opplevelse da vi forsøkte å være forekommende og hyggelige hele veien. Vi gjorde muligens en feil, vi tipset ikke i løpet av tiden vi spiste der, da alle regningene ble kontert på rommet. I stedet gav vi en større sum siste morgen, men hadde sjekket med hotell-driver at dette var en akseptabel måte å gjøre dette på. Fremsto også som fornuftig da det ikke var mulig å ta ut kontanter på øyen. Ellers, rent og skikkelig. Svært god "feel". Hjelpsomt personale (utenom restauranten), kunnskapsrik hotell-driver som fikset alt vi ønsket å gjøre på en bra måte.

Small inn but all staff & boss are very nice. We stay there for 4 nights and joined 4 days excursions with a nice price. Especially one day we back from another Island but was raining in Maafushi Island, we were so glad to see two staff from Stingray Beach Inn brought with umbrellas and waiting us at the pier. With the warm umbrellas we had not got wet.

お迎えに、ホテルの方が来てくれていて、ホテルまで案内してくれたんですが、周辺の説明をわかりやすい英語で話してくれ、親切で丁寧でした。チェックイン後も色々な説明を細かくしてくれて、良かった。最初の日に、飛行機がオ-バーブッキングという悲惨な目にあい、気分を悪くしたのですが、1泊分の料金は私たちのせいではないので、払わなくていいと言ってくれ、ホテルの方の暖かいおもてなしで、帳消しになりました。ドルフィンクルーズも、私たちだけの家族だけでしたが、ボートを貸し切りで出していただきました。子供たちで遊んでいると、ホテルの従業員の方が、一緒に遊んでくれたりもしました。一つ言えば、シャワーの出は悪くなかったのですが、蛇口が壊れかけていました。回すととれて、回しにくかったです。お部屋は清潔で、きれいでした。ステイングビーチインのホテルに泊まって良かったです。

A great local hotel for the price, the "western" beach really was just around the corner and the extra provided towels were just waiting to be used! Staff were organized and very helpful with everything from activities available each day to umbrellas when the rain came. Restaurant service could be improved, but the food itself was good and reasonably priced. The room and bathroom were clean upon arrival and kept that way during our stay, even with the abundance of nearby sand. And there's even a hot tub on the property...

We booked 4 nights but, we needed to leave a day early, and they agreed without any arguments. We prefer hot-freshly prepared breakfast over bread and cereals, their cook did great job to help us out on this. They deserves good rating.

What can I say? It was a disaster! I had been email with Ibrahim the manager/owner of the Stingray for about a week. I had asked him for several things, the first being information about the ferry from Male to Massfushi, he told me that due to my landing time, I wouldnt be able to get the $4 ferry but would have to get either the $40 shared speedboat or $170 speedboat provided by his hotel. When I landed, I was told I would have been able to get the $4 ferry but instead had to pay the $40 for the ferry ($70 return). I wasn't told that I would have to wait over 3 hours at the airport for the shared boat! This is an enormous amount of time when you are only in the Maldives for 48 hours. When I got to the hotel I was told that I would NOT be staying at the quaint Stringray Beach Inn I had booked but would be forced to stay at the Triton Hotel which is EXACTLY WHAT I DID NOT WANT TO DO! The Triton was OK but not the Maldivian experience I was looking for, it had no charm and for the money, I would have stayed at one of the half dozen similar hotels on the beach that I could have booked on Hotels.com. I was also told that they couldn't arrange the Whale Shark tour that I had asked them to arrange (I made these arrangements on my own). I will say the staff was nice but extremely unhelpful. If you stay at either the Stingray or Triton, make sure you get, in writing, confirmation from Ibrahim of what you are getting, I would give 1/2 or no stars if I could!

Option 2: Chartered speed boat. Traveling days: Every day. Departure time: Any time Price: $180 for the boat one-way trip. (max 10 passengers) $300 for the boat one-way trip. (10 to 25 passengers) Departure place: Anywhere from Airport or Male. Duration: 30 minutes
Please note that guests must specify arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, at least 48 hours before arrival. The hotel will arrange meet and greet services at the airport and assist in the transportation from the airport to the hotel.
Please note that local residents and work permit holders in the Maldives are subject to bed tax refund directly from the hotel upon presentation of ID card or work permit card at check in.
The guest house is located in the local island of Maafushi where the Government regulations require that guests do not wear bikini or similar swimwear while in the area. However, the hotel can arrange excursions to picnic islands for guests where these restrictions are not applied.

To reach the hotels in Maafushi Island, a public ferryboat OR chartered speedboat can be arranged by the hotel for which payment will be collected upon check –in.

• Ferryboat takes 90 minutes to reach Maafushi Island and costs approximately USD 2.00 per person per way.

• If your flight lands AFTER 13:00 hrs, you will need to take the speedboat transfer or make arrangements to stay in Male’
