The staff is very helpful, polite and nice. For the price this place was beyond expectations, cleanliness ( I’m a former VIP hotel supervisor so I can tell when they are doing a great job) and they have parking ( which is rare in most hotels in the city ). The hotel has a very cute terrace with a beautiful view of the city and the location is very convenient, Just 5 minutes walking to the famous “Callejón Del Beso”. I would definitely stay here again! El staff del hotel Es súper amable y cordial. Por el precio, este lugar superó mis expectativas. Cuentan con estacionamiento (lo cual no es común en la mayoría de los hoteles de la ciudad), la habitación estaba limpia ( trabajé en un hotel como supervisora VIP y puedo notar cuando realizan bien su trabajo). El hotel tiene una terraza con una bella vista de la ciudad además de que solo se encuentra a 5 minutos -caminando - del famoso “Callejón del Beso”. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar Aquí en mi próxima visita a esta bella ciudad.

La ubicación del lugar está excelente, a unos pocos minutos del centro, estacionamiento disponible, hermosa vista, solo las sábanas olían raro, pero el lugar en si es muy bonito. Los colaboradores muy amables y siempre accesibles para cualquier consulta

Es un hermoso lugar. La única falla es su servicio. Un show estacionarte. Deberían aprovechar más todas sus áreas para hacer qu sus huéspedes se familiaricen con sus espacios. Nos dieron una hora en el que el restaurante estaba abierto para desayunar ahí, y no había nadie para atender. DESAPROVECHADO TOTALMENTE. Tienen una idea de ocupas algo tienes que subir a pedirlo, por ejemplo en el bar tampoco nunca hay nadie. En conclusión el espacio/hotel tiene potencial, pero muy desaprovechado.

Hotel funcional en relación al precio pagado, cuenta con estacionamiento, y al menos en la habitación en la que me quede había un pequeño comedor, no hay restaurante pero te permiten ingresar alimentos y bebidas de manera libre (yo pedí una pizza y el repartidor llego hasta mi habitación), cuentan con los números de un sitio de taxi que por 50-60 pesos te llevan al centro. Definitivamente si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

After searching for hotels and reading the reviews, we finally decided to stay here. Thanks goodness for the reviews since we have a truck and parking is a non existence to some hotels near the main attractions. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, it was a pleasure staying here for sleep, the double bed is comfortable at room 11. The gps is lost when typing in there address, we asked local people for directions after we got to the area, yes we speak spanish. The roads are too narrow and hilly. The whole town is on the mountain, be prepared to walk at least 10-15 mins from the hotel to the main city and back climbing, yes, it is a good cardio. We didn’t really stayed in the hotel, only for sleep. The front desks staff and helpful and courteous. They cleaned our room and changed towels even though we didn’t asked for it, that was a plus. Stay here if you want parking and a safe place to sleep but not good for walking/climbing of your have limb/heart issues. Hot water is on 24/7, water pressure is fine, toilet flushes good. Overall, we had a great stay. Only complaint is the position of the tv, it’s on the ceiling just below your headboard.

Es un hotel pequeño con muchos desniveles (cual no en Guanajuato), pero con un trato y un ambiente familiar. Se disfruta sus habitaciones sencillas, no lujosas pero si muy confortables y una vista panorámica de la ciudad envidiable. Se encuentra cerca de todo, es muy accesible y esta a 10 minutos caminando del centro de la ciudad. Es muy simpática su decoración y aunque no tiene "lujos" para quien quiera descansar a precios accesibles... es su hotel indudablemente
