A perfect stay at this hotel. There are so many people I could mention—Flor, Azucena, Geraldo, Alejandro, Oscar—all excellent staff members; the young women at Coco Café, the beach bar staff, the housekeeping team—in short, a big thank you to all of them. The hotel offers plenty of activities throughout the day and into the evening. 100% recommended for families; a peaceful stay.

Nice small resort. Great entertainment - reservations for most restaurants were about an hour for a party of 8, which isn't bad. The hotel should add more staff as they had tables but not enough staff to cover all the tables. On one night only 3 waiters were covering the entire resturant with over 30 tables.... that's hard on the staff.

Everyone was really nice and the staff learned your name the day. They were always welcoming and called you by your name. The rooms were really clean and the housekeeping service was always on top of it. My steamer didn’t work and within 15 mins they brought me an iron.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and loved absolutely everything! I traveled with my two daughters, aged 6 and 10, and it was truly a perfect vacation for both adults and children. From the moment we checked in, everything was organized so well and the staff made us feel very welcome. The food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the restaurants were wonderful. The animation team did a fantastic job — my daughters were excited and entertained all the time! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always spotless. Housekeeping cleaned every day and everything was perfectly maintained. The hotel is incredibly clean and very family-friendly. This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, especially for the kids. We will definitely come back again! Highly recommended!

This place is phenomenal!! The hotel is wonderful. Only thing I did not get to enjoy the beach it was sooooo much seaweed 😂. Also they need a tv at a bar so sports fans could watch sports other than that I’ll definitely be back.
