Even though the hotel is located close to a shopping mall, it still has the feel of a mall. The room quality was good with good air conditioning and wifi signal. The breakfast was not bad. This hotel is conveniently located near Route 180. Good value for money

Overall, a wonderful place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, new, and every day something new was available. Furthermore, the hotel is in front of a shopping center, allowing you to go out and watch movies, eat, or simply stroll around. The security guard looking after the outside cars was incredibly helpful, he was always polite and did his job.

I was surprised to discover that this property is a little dilapidated. The service was exactly as expected, and the restaurant's food was excellent. However, the carpets in the halls were a danger zone. Several times I almost tripped over open seams. Need some improvement.

The hotel was good. The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing so very good. The staff were friendly and professional. In these times we understand not all amenities are available, but there was only one small bottle of water in the room. We had to order takeaway as there was no restaurant and room service. We understand the lack of the restaurant, but room service probably should be available. Apart from that we ordered Dominoes pizza. Just make sure you get to the hotel before local takeaway locations nearby otherwise youll go hungry. The hotel was clean and very professional. Would stay here again it served it's purpose. Regarding couid, the hotel had all required measurements done, so I felt safe.

This hotel is a luxury business hotel. The location is located in a shopping center with a large supermarket so we can buy our last tequila before driving back to Guatemala the next day. A lot of things have been good about this hotel. The room was spacious and with all the amenities. We will be back to this hotel in Villa Hermosa.
