The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. As one would expect from a tourist hotel, the staff is friendly. The rooms are modest and inexpensive. The closet does not even have doors. Although the receptionist is vintage, the style is old and boring. Ultimately, if you don't get to see the tour, it's too expensive for the location. Since my husband and two daughters were two adults, we concluded that it was appealing to tour and wholesalers.

The main lobby is very good but the rooms are very old. The new windows and carpet in the room are dirty. The paint is chipping. The hot water was also a huge problem. no for a while. The bathroom is also very dated. We had breakfast included every morning because of the wedding which was very good.

Exceptionally wonderful place to stay. Too far from the city's heart. The hotel has a small bar and provides a good place to drink outside. The weather is great. The rooms are okay and clean. Breakfast is acceptable but the staff is extremely attentive and pleased.

This place is great for staying in Zacatecas. It is in the city center and everything is close by. But the breakfast is just ok and for 50 pesos more, you can buy a different breakfast in this room from the emporium hotel 200 away.
