Excelente lugar esta muy cerca del centro se los recomiendo mucho la gente muy amable en todo momento y ahí hay un restaurante donde puedes desayunar súper rico

Es un lugar limpio, y muy cercano a la catedral a 100 mts estas en ella. Es limpio y muy atento quien estan a cargo. lo unico que no me gusto es que no hay estacionamiento. tuve que dejar el coche a una cuadra y media y me cobraron 250 pesos toda la noche y vence a las 2PM a aprtir de esa hora 30 pesos por hora. Pero en general esta bien y volveria a reservar alli.

No esperes lujos pero está muy limpio, el personal es muy amable y tiene excelente ubicación. Hay un restaurant-café bueno a un lado, así como una farmacia y un salón de belleza. Si eres quisquilloso lleva tu propia toalla.

la ubicación y decoración, aunque sencilla muy adecuada mi única queja es que me toco una habitación que da a la calle, al principio me encanto la idea, pero entre 5 y 6 de la mañana, los cuetes ynlas palomas hicieron un ruido que hizo imposible dormir. Entiendo q respecto a los cutes es difícil solucionarlo, respecto a las palomas, algo q pudiera evitar se pongan justo en el balcón que hace hueco hacia el cuarto q fue lo q incrementó el sonido.

Mala atención de la recepcionista, tardo media hora en aparecer estaba durmiendo a las 4:00 pm, nos dieron 2 toallas inservibles, la ubicación es excelente, necesitan mejorar el servicio y equipar mejor las habitaciones, los colchones de lo peor, terriblemente incómodos, el hotel pudiera ser muy bueno, pero le falta que lo opere un profesional.

Overall, the condition of the hotel was good. Don't expect anything bi and fancy, but a good representation of San Miguel de Allende. We stopped by for a night and it served our needs. The location is perfect, a few steps away from the main plaza! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Hotel had Colonial flair,BUT furniture in my room was bed(queen), & 1 rickety chair. The best thing about the Hotel was it's location 1 block from park in front of the plnk church.

Great location !!! You’re on the center of everything. Before I reserve it I read all the reviews so I knew what to expect. The hotel is ok is not that fancy, we used only to sleep. Plenty restaurants and things to do around. Valet parking worked really good.

Lo único desagradable fue la sra. que contesta el teléfono , da mala atención al solicitarle cualquier información, no está capacitada por la Gerencia del hotel para dar atención telefónica , sugiero que hagan un cambio para no perder clientela.
