This place does not have a resort but still does. The staff at the front desk, security, and cleaning were very helpful, it takes 4 minutes to walk to everything in the city and the price was reasonable. The cafe was amazing as it can be busy on weekends. You get a real Mexican experience. I will stay there again.

We rented a suite for two nights at about $60 cdn per night and got a fully equipped, spacious apartment that must be at least 800 square feet. It is very clean and quiet but located on a side street in a nice commercial district full of all types of restaurants and services. Security is good and there are coffee shops right across the street and next door. And it is a world away from the touristy hotel zone. Not sure if we will ever return to Cancan but if we do we will definitely stay here.

We had very little vacation time and with so little time, we decided to try something different. To my surprise, this tiny place was very accessible, affordable, and quiet. The cafe next door served delicious breakfast for a low price. The location isn't fancy or resort quality, but for the time it was perfect! We did expeditions and lots of activities in a short time, so we only needed a place to crash. It's right in the heart of the city center, so you can walk safely everywhere. I look gringa, but as I speak Spanish as my first language, it was just fun.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for short term rentals in Playa del Carmen. The rooms are reasonable and the cleanliness is great. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have parking. The only drawback is that every night costs 26 dollars.

We just returned from a trip to Cancan, and Delta hit right in the middle of our visit. Our resort evacuated us to the technical college, which had no power and the windows were already covered, so it was basically a dark sweat box without toilet seats. My parents have friends in the area because theyve been there for a long time, so they contacted us through a connection to get a room at the hotel and suites nader and evacuated our evacuation site. The price was quite reasonable, and the room was big. It is within walking distance of a major road, restaurants, and supermarkets. The building was extremely cute and has character. Everything was closed when we got there, but while our fellow resort neighbors were eating tuna in the dark, we found a Chinese place that still had air conditioning and to! The owner, Carlos, was very welcoming and friendly. The next morning, after the area lost power, he was able to get a few workers in the cafe nader next door and prepare a delicious breakfast. If the need arises again, we would avoid staying here.
