Great hotel! The rooms were clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Tino at the bar provided excellent service, and our butlers, Victor and Sara, were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We returned Monday from Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres and couldn't have been more pleased. My companion and I travel extensively, have stayed at 5-star properties worldwide, and live in one of the best food cities in the US. Our hugh standards were met! The property is stunning and our oceanfront room with private jacuzzi was extraordinary. Room 3241 sat at the corner of the property along the ocean and the pool. It has two balconies: one overlooking the ocean with the hot tub, and a second facing the pool with two lounge chairs. Our butlers, Manolo and Gustavo, were exceptional. Friendly and engaging without crowding us, they handled everything from breaking large bills to filling floats, pool towels, laundry service, and confirming reservations. They checked on us in person daily, not just by text. The food was top notch. We didn't love every dish, but the detail and quality were there. Highlights: the Mexican Fiesta, L'Essence (mushroom soup, Coq Au Vin, potato dish with bacon cream), and an off-menu chicken and black bean Huarache at the Mexican restaurant. The club room was a favorite. The fresh orange juice was amazing, and the pastries, sandwiches, salads, and sushi were a great convenience. One criticism: the motion-activated bathroom light is too sensitive. It turned on when we rolled over in bed or raised an arm. We covered ours. The placement should be reconsidered so it only triggers on entering the bathroom. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.

Fun trip with the family. The amenities were nice and our family thought the food was overall good but the service was even better. Been to multiple Cancun, Costa Mujeres resorts and the rooms are monster than most but was not in the room enough anyways to affect us too much. Overall very nice stay!

Rooms were way better than other resorts I’ve stayed at and quite spacious! The variety of pools and beach access was top notch. There is limited family areas at the beach and general pool area which I thought could’ve been better divided between the other adult only pools as they had tons of extra chairs and space when the family areas were always packed. But the kid areas were great aswell.

This was by far one of the best trips we had! We have been to Majestic Resorts before but this is the newly opened one. Beach was great! They clean the seaweed everyday. The pool was great also. The ocean front room with the rooftop pool was the star of the show . Our butlers Manolo and Gustavo were amazing, they did everything to make our trip better. The food was excellent as well. Will definitely be returning.

Our family of 7 just spent a week at the Majestic and had an amazing time. With 5 kids ranging from 10-16 years old there was plenty to keep them entertained with the water park, teen club, sports club and of course the pools and beach. After the first day the kids had the layout of the resort down and we felt comfortable sending them out in pairs to explore on their own. Our butlers were fantastic and answered questions or made reservations for us quickly! The grounds are pristine and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We highly recommend!

Best destination for a family gateway!!!! The resort is brand new, super clean and perfectly designed for all types of families. Food was delicious everywhere and the entertainment was fantastic. Has a full on water park for younger children and a family pool that is perfect for teens. Request a room with the family pool view to keep away from the noise of the waterpark. Much more conducive when traveling with teens. The suites are huge!!! Ours had 2 full bathrooms and a Murphy bed in the living room for our son. The only trade off was giving up the king size bed for 2 queen beds …. But was worth it for avoiding the crowds, the noise and lack of privacy on the water park side. Many thanks to our butlers Maria and Raul, Alberto, our waiter at the beach, Jony and Misael at the adult side pool, Angelis at the sports bar, and Gabriel and Deymi at Go majestic for setting up our transportation and excursion. A must visit!!!! Exceptional resort!!!

This was our second time staying at a majestic resort. We stayed at mirage in Punta Cana and now mirage in Costa Murjeres. The resort was brand new, food was excellent, staff was amazing, and would go back in a heartbeat! We had a plunge pool suite in the ocean which I highly recommend! The entertainment at night was just okay but (way better in punta cana) but that wouldn’t steer me away from this resort. We didn’t bring kids but seemed to be very kid friendly!

Very pelasen stay at the resort for a family trip! A lot of activities for the kids, heated pools water park, pool activities for adults too. At night a lot of entertainment including special events and shows. Me and my family we all had a very special time. Food and drink quality were excellent for the price. Rooms are great, super spacious and comfortable. I will definitely return.

My stay at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres was the nicest resort experience I’ve ever had. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and provided exceptional customer service! The check-in process was smooth and we received a welcome drink. We were introduced to our personal butler, Edgar, who was absolutely amazing. He took the time to show us around the resort, explain the different restaurants, and let us know about all of the activities happening throughout the resort. The restaurants were great, and the drinks were even better! We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, and the bartender Martinez gets 5 stars! He kept the drinks flowing and brought good vibes. We stayed in Room 1538 with an ocean view and plunge pool, and it was perfect. Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. We visited over the Fourth of July weekend, and the resort put on a nice celebration. The event had great food, drinks, entertainment, and fireworks. It had a be the most beautiful I have ever seen. I honestly didn’t want to leave, and this resort made me want to live there permanently! I highly recommend staying at Majestic Mirage Costa Mujeres, and I am already looking forward to returning for another amazing vacation.

Overall, the experience was excellent. The property was clean, well-maintained, spacious - we never felt that we had to fight for space anywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food for quite good. The amount of programming and entertainment were just right. What I appreciated most were 1) the plaza, where you could find a cafe with gelato, an arcade, a sports bar, evening festivities and entertainment - felt relaxed and casual; 2) the kids club - staff were so kind and friendly with my daughter; she had a great time with them; and 3) the waterpark with slides really made the stay enjoyable for my daughter and provided variety to the standard adult and family pools.
