We had the privilege upgrade which was 100% worth it. We had a great experience every time we ate at the privilege lounge, every interaction was the best, they do their best to provide you with the best service, Manuel was our waiter most of the time, he was amazing every single time. Pedro, the manager of the restaurant always makes sure you are receiving the best possible treatment. Out butler, Ariz, was great as well, always available with the best attitude to help. Belen from privilege Lounge, Antonio from the pool bar, Lizbeth the pool waitress, Jorge from the privilege office and Ronaldo from the Italian reataurant were all amazing. The food at this resort was great, the cleaning service always had the areas spotless, and the convenience of having everything closed by made our stay the perfect family vacation.

We were traveling around the Cancun and Tulum Area for a conference and visiting family and needed to stay in Playa Del Carmen for 1 night to end our trip and we choose Ocean Riviera Paradise hotel. The hotel opened up with waterfalls and check in was smooth. They offer precheck in as well. I love how some of the rooms on the first floor can walked out into the pool. Each room seems to come with a hanging egg chair which my toddler loved swinging in. The room comes with a regular size tub that turns into a jacuzzi. The international buffet was great with different options for you to choose from. This hotel have such a great kid pool area. My toddler enjoyed it so much. Next to the kid pools area is also a small playground which was nice. Not many hotels have that. What made our stayed truly amazing was the customer service from Irving from guest services. The minute we had an issue, he was at our door asking us what he can do to help. He helped us made a reservation for the steakhouse when there was no slots left. Steakhouse was great by the way. He helped us with a late check out since we had a late flight. I truly appreciate his care for us. The hotel is very lucky to have Irving who knows how to show hospitality. This is a great family resort that I would go back to.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The resort was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make every part of the trip enjoyable. A special shoutout to Ariz, our butler who had gone above and beyond throughout our stay accommodating our requests, scheduling and even down to the room making it an intimate special vacation for me and my partner. Santiago had welcomed us into Route 66 and made us feel like we had known eachother as long term friends. Manuel at the steakhouse made our last night enjoyable and ensured our experience was top notch! The food exceeded expectations with lots of variety, fresh options, and great restaurants to choose from. Drinks were consistently good, and service around the pool and beach was excellent. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned thoroughly every day. There was always something to do whether you wanted entertainment, excursions, relaxing by the pool, or even enjoying the suite itself. Overall, this was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation. Already planning a return trip!

The only thing I would improve on is have more day time entertainment down at the beach pool . I found the adult pool was way too hot not refreshing at all so we spend most of our time was at the beach pool the water was refreshing,and great views
