So peaceful. The room was spacious and elegant. Some might find it a bit dimly lit, but I liked getting away from the bright lights. The property is quiet at night and feels light a sanctuary. Its sister properties encanta - directly across the street, and nest a little ways down the street with some peaceful corners to sit out sleep in a hammock, are both connected to the beach and you can go over any time. There is a staircase leading into the property, so be aware of you have mobility issues. The staff was attentive, kind, and very informative. Melissa is particular spent time chatting and helping us choose where to eat and what to do. Nu is right next door, but I found Hartwood (get the beet!) and Wild so much more delicious. I'd skip the alcoholic drinks. Nothing spectacular to them. Spend an afternoon at the Cenote grande swimming and relaxing in a hammock.

One of the best experiences! staff are super friendly and helpful! the hotel is cute, clean, quite and private! The breakfast we had were also very good quality! The hotel is not by the beach but you can easily access to the beach cross the street. The location is great! close to beach but quite. We enjoyed all three nights we stayed there! definitely recommend!

Great hotel, jungle style. The beach is right across the street, you stay in the chain hotels (they have towels and beach service). The food is great! Rooms is more in the romantic/cozy style, lightning is more into some dark mood, but not a problem if you're into that! Service is great, people eager to be gentle and help you out. The bikes (free) are excelent. We liked a lot and do recomend.

Radhoo was incredible!!! Honestly from the service, the rooms, the food, the staff's willingness to help, the convenience... this place was simply AMAZING. 10000/10 recommend. It's a romantic cozy get away for couples. The only complaint, as others have said, is lighting at night but that was a common problem in the Tulum area. It's not dramatic but more so for the girls who want to do their makeup in the room haha. Honestly this place and their sister resorts are incredible. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at Radhoo. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing — so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the complimentary side breakfast every morning — yogurt, fresh bread, juices, and coffee. It was such a lovely touch and made our mornings feel relaxed and special. The food at the hotel overall was also incredible. We also really appreciated being able to use their bikes for free to explore the hotel zones. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk was happy to call one for us right away. Overall, Radhoo felt like a peaceful, beautifully run place with amazing service. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tulum!

Wow! Rahdoo exudes hospitality at its finest. From the moment you walk in to the day you leave the staff has you feeling like a VIP with their exceptional concierge team accessible 24hr via WhatsApp. Anything you need, they deliver or do their absolute best to accommodate. Radoo is the perfect spot if you're looking for a quaint jungle getaway experience while still being amongst the best bars and restaurants within a short walkable distance! The rooms are so beautifully designed and are exceptionally cared for. The housekeeping goes above and beyond each day to keep the room neat and cleanly as if you walked in for the first time each day. The daily breakfast included is absolutely delicious with excellent quality food options and their service staff is phenomenal. The best ammenity of this hotel is the large pool dropped right in the middle of the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and plants.But that's not all, as a guest of Radio you also have access to their beachfront sister property, Encantada, just steps across the street! This truly gives you the best of both worlds as the concierge team will reserve a cabana and personally escort you across the street to the Encantada for your day at the beach. Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.
