The hotel seems nice, but the room isn't that well designed and the water barely comes out of the shower head. There are good restaurants close by and the US embassy is close to the hotel.

The hotel is close to great restaurants and public transport. The helpful and friendly hotel staff. The carpet needs to be changed because of stains and cigarette burns. The advertised gym equipment should be replaced as most of it is broken.

There are several coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and the suites include two bedrooms, a double bed and a single, two bathrooms, a tiny kitchen, a small living room with a sofa not ideal for sleeping, and a dining table, which makes it ideal for three individuals. Good cleanliness is provided, and the front desk and housekeeping personnel are both excellent. Great and considerate is the lobby manager. On the flip side, the hotel overall is somewhat outdated. The kitchen appliances, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, etc. largely mix with other sets, are chipped, and when you press cancel, it actually adds seconds, so there is only a way to stop it. There are times in the lobby when you ask for something out of their comfort zone, such as water bottles that needed to be taken at 10 p.m. to take some medications, but they replied that the inventory was exhausted since a week ago and that they still hadn't replaced them. The ac had a constant temperature that is impossible to regulate, and it can get very hot in summer. In addition, there were no hangers in the closet, so we had to go in and buy some to unpack. Additionally, one of the dining chairs was broken, so we had to remove it to prevent anyone from accidentally falling. Finally, on a Saturday when visitors might prefer to sleep in,
