The room was amazing. 3 bedroom villa, family of 5. Food was 8/10…we did all inclusive, if the prices we saw were accurate it would be almost prohibitive not to. Breakfast the best. Pools 9.5/10. Really nice. Gym was 9/10. Staff 10/10. Nespresso coffee and pods in room. Currently construction on the ocean side of vista encantada, but wasn’t very impactful. Only real complaint was the pillows…small and flat. It was better than we expected from the Expedia descriptions. Scheduled van to/from airport was ~ $250 round trip for 5.

The location of this property is unique. It is on the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas. So, you will be away from the city crowd yet just 10 mins away from all clubs and restaurants. I loved the attention to detail provided by the staff. Top notch marks for cleanliness and professionalism exhibited by the staff. Very well maintained pool. A lot of food and drink options on site. The ocean view is fantastic. If price is not a barrier, then this property will be an experience to remember!

A Fabulous Stay at Vista Encantada Cabo Just back from an unforgettable five-day vacation at Vista Encantada Cabo, and I can't say enough about how incredible our experience was! From check-in to check-out, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Let’s start with the front desk team. Paul is an absolute gem! His warm welcome set the tone for our stay, and seeing him every day was a highlight. He even serenaded us one evening! Elder also stood out, consistently checking on us to ensure we were having a great time. When we encountered a minor hiccup, both Elder and Paul resolved it swiftly, showcasing their top-notch service. Alfonso, the bellhop, was always ready to lend a hand, making our stay even more enjoyable. The property layout is stunning, with breathtaking views from our huge balcony complete with a plunge pool. We wound down every evening in this serene spot. We opted for the all-inclusive package and truly got our money’s worth. The dining options were fantastic, with several restaurants at Marina Fiesta included. We ended up enjoying lunch at the marina every day, sampling delicious dishes. Breakfast at Mestizo was amazing, thanks to Kory, Luis, and Ivan, who made every morning special. The ambiance and amenities were perfect for our group, making it a comfortable getaway. As a fellow hotelier, I wholeheartedly recommend Vista Encantada Cabo. Our stay was magical, and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful property. Very expensive food and drinks if you don’t do all inclusive … but it is good. Not sure worth the price if we stayed a week but Delicous food and very good food. We stayed one night when flight was cancelled

This was our family’s first time in Cabo and we’re thrilled that we chose this resort. It was beautiful, secure, and incredibly friendly. As a single mom traveling with my three kids, we felt so cared for and safe. Raul, Trinidad, Paul, Cynthia, and Alejandra were amazing! We will definitely be back. I miss the rooftop pool so much already!

Went to cabo for my Bachelorette and had 9 other girls with me, so i booked the 4 bedroom penthouse. Best decision i made hands down. The penthouse was everything that we asked for and more. We never felt squished or anything. Each room had their own bathroom with 2 sinks. Also, another guest bathroom next to the kitchen. We had 2 balconies, one of them was huge and had a plunge pool/jacuzzi and bbq grill. Also, the staff was amazing, they did so much and beyond what we asked for if we needed anything. They have a covid test area as well, so it was very convenient and very quick to do if you need it to fly back home. Their rooftop breakfast buffet was very delicious and where it was located had breathtaking views at every turn you look out. The resort sat kind of on a cliff, so we had views of the ocean on both sides and in front was the view of a cliff with a light house and a small beautifully architectured church. The infiniti pool was very nice. Had the best view as well. I will definitely come back here. You have gained a loyal costumer. Highly recommend

Pros: Breathtaking views and great gardens/pools/restaurants. Cons: Front Desk/Concierge service via phone is very very slow. Hardly anyone answers and if they do, it takes them a long time too. May be they're short staffed, but it was frustrating at times.

Beautiful private pool with a view — we saw whales from our patio. The landscaping, grounds, and overall atmosphere is well appointed and quiet to create the restful environment we hoped for. Great food in each of the restaurants. Very attentive and friendly staff to help you book excursions. We hope to be back and bring family.

This place was a massive disappointment. The reception service ruined things for us and our room was directly under the lobby. Starting at 6am, chairs were loudly moved across wood floors for an hour. It was pretty clean. Waitstaff were generally great. BUT, from the airport to our departure we often had to deal with reception staff who didn't seem to have a clue and didn't make any effort to streamline the check-in process or help us with activities we had planned. First, we booked the airport shuttle with them and we had to wait about 40 minutes after our flight for the shuttle with our baggage in the extreme heat. Then the check in process took two hours. They tried telling us we owed the entire amount we'd prepaid for our stay and wanted receipts. This gave me no confidence in them off the bat. First, they sent us to the timeshare line. Side note, staff would often try and solicit us for said timeshare during our stay. VERY annoying. We bought a tour through them before our arrival (which, great decision because the concierge was either never there or there was a huge line). I emailed about this tour in advance because they had no confirmation number. Took 40 minutes of sitting at reception to work that out. We bought the all inclusive and no one told us in advance that we'd need reservations for dinner at most of the restaurants, which were pretty much buffet only the entire time and not quality. We didn't get welcome package or many other details that had been promised.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are some positive aspects such as the rooftop pool and the gym which are both beautiful. The rooms seem like they were designed by a completely different company than the other facilities. Vista Encantada is right next to Hacienda Encantada which makes it very easy to use both facilities. Our room (two bedroom) was VERY spacious but that is the only positive on the room. The decorations are bizarre. There are knick knacks and fake flowers and strange artwork everywhere. I even tried to put some of the knick knacks away to help with the vibe but the vases of fake flowers which are on almost every surface (coffee tables, bathroom counters, bedside tables) are literally glued to the counter so they cannot be removed. There was a single prescription pill left on the floor of my 2 year old sons room, which after googling determined it was a prescription sleeping pill. I was horrified that this was missed as he could have easily discovered this and put it in his mouth. After bring this to the attention of the front desk there was very little acknowledgement of this and just a simple "sorry for that". Lastly, one of the bedrooms smelled SO strongly of onions and peppers being cooked that it seemed like the restaurant kitchen was literally venting the stove into the room. After bringing this to the attention of the hotel, they just sprayed an insane amount of air freshener to cover it which got rid of the smell but was almost worse.
