When we arrived here, everything was great, and they had so kind and helpful staff. They provided Dinner in the Arab restaurant. Sheidi the manger made us happy by his wonderful surprise and romantic setting, which was complimented by his superb service. If you visit Morocco's north, this is definitely a great place to stay.

We are thrilled to experience this location for future trips and vacations because the hotel is just an hour's flight from Tangiers airport. My husband and I felt secure in the excellent brand of the company and in our choice of Banyan Tree tamouda Bay in 2019 after our wedding at the great banyan tree oh sami. Due to the hotel's relatively accessible proximity to Tangiers airport, we were excited to discover this place for future getaways and vacations because it is only an hour's journey from london. Sadly, this didn't occur. After we landed for our night stay, cracks began to appear. We were welcomed by a friendly and extremely well-spoken receptionist omar and were given a brief explanation of the resorts amenities. When we arrived at our villa, there was no handover discussion, which made our first night less enjoyable. For example, the villa uses a lighting system for do not disturb and clean please requests, one of our lights didn't work, and the hotel uses a menu system for meals and drinks. Both of the menus were beautifully designed, creating a lovely atmosphere. We frequently encountered ants on the beach bar and were invaded as we ate in the villa garden. The hotels general cleanliness could also be improved. The pool looked dirty, with a green tint and rusty pool tile

For those who desire to discover another Morocco, I have no hesitation in recommending this lush resort. We will return to the banyan tamed shortly for the resort, on the move, and managing so many different unique experiences in the true style of a music conductor, for the front office staff and their five-star manager, for the inviting restaurants teams and their brilliant manager, for the spa and their dancing fingers, for the villamaids and their vigilant housekeepers, and for the drivers who are always and wherever they are available, which I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely retreat to travelers looking for another morocco. The resort was breathtakingly wow, being lush-filled with exotic gardens of indigenous trees and Northmoroccan flora. We first passed through the lobby and were immediately struck by the lovely and luxurious reception area. Very sophisticated and refined surroundings. The hotel personnel was exceptionally courteous, cordial, and excellent. They were always greeted and giggling to us. The breakfasts were exceptional, a beautiful buffet without buffet where waiters and hostesses anticipated any of our numerous requirements, appearing from nowhere with great discretion. The hotel is in a terrific location, facing the sea of the Mediterranean, where beds and gourmet snacks were enhanced by the very best diamond service. We completely unwind, let the kindness of the hosts and the whole family-minded team carry us away, and we feel at home with the comfort of being welcomed. Let ourselves be tempted by the delicacies of breakfast, a final stop at the pool throughout the day and a delicious dinner accompanied by favorite wine, the heated pool and wellness area are very appreciated. Also, the gym area is amazing. The place is truly the top of the list. Abderrahim.

The location is very close to the beach. It was a beautiful day. We had a fantastic vacation, especially because of the Spa and Wellness area, with the resort and its surroundings, which were both lovely. People like their authenticity, professionalism, and friendliness. The staff also cared about us and all aspects of the transfer, especially for the employees, which are very impressive. Even though it was a late season, all venues were open as a proof of that earlier statement. In terms of 5 star hospitality and comfort, we mean travelers whove traveled all over the world, who also rehearse the traveler who is not prepared to compromise. Let us put both rare and experienced travelers first in perspective. Were a member of them for quite a while. The staff and administration go above and beyond as a rare treasure when it comes to the fact that the Banyan Tree Tamed Bay does not cut corners. We like the integrity, professionalism, and friendliness of the people. They frequently recognized and addressed what you might require or want, and everything was taken care of with great care, while keeping our privacy intact. Staff members and management can communicate effectively, which made certain aspects of our trip and/or handover go smoothly. The suite suites are great and spacious, with all the latest convenience.
