The hotel is rather old, not clean, most of the property is full of broken things, even in the room, I can upload photos here on google, the receptionist was rude and made us feel invisible when I checked, there are only 2 lifts, one of which is out of service while the other is frequently used by the hotel staff, so it's very difficult and costly to get there and go elsewhere from there. I must say that the hotel has a free shuttle bus every 2 hours, which could be useful, though they may convince you to do it directly because you can save some euros, but it's not worth it, and you can't leave a genuine up to date feedback for other potential visitors to be warned, which is another important factor to not consider this hotel or any other nearby. There are only 2 lifts, one of which isn't clean, and the receptionist was rude and made us feel like we were invisible when we checked, which makes it difficult and costly to get there and go anywhere else from there. Nevertheless, I have to say that the hotel provides a free shuttle service every 2 hours, which may be useful. It was also incredible how the hotel permitted their store in the hall to sell counterfeit items. They sold me a swimsuit claimed to be from Zara, and they said it was original and cost 200 dh. It was obviously fake, but the price was like

We stayed here while I was at a conference. The rates were great so I shouldnt complain too much. I did enjoy the excellent buffet breakfasts and dinners and the tasty items in the hotels other restaurant. The lobby is lovely, as is the pool area and the terrace of the main restaurant. The guest room was a good size, with a flyscreen, a nice bathroom and shampoo, etc. I took advantage of the free shuttle service to the citys Sook area. The service was good and the staff courteous and helpful, but do not expect them to speak English. My two biggest complaints are one the uncomfortable bed too hard and 2 the terrible internet service I had to go to the lobby or the central hub to get good service. I could add that there is only one working elevator, which is small, but I havent had to wait long at all for it during the entire week.

I stayed here in September and had a good time. The pool is amazing and the pool service menu is very good, try the chicken pizza, I had the street view, so I got the best sundown view. I've read bad reviews about the service at the reception, but I found them very nice and helpful. Breakfast is mostly fruit and cakes. You can eat breakfast looking over the pool which is a bit chilled.
