Tres bon sejour a l'hotel Murano où le personnel etait à nos petits soins et la chambre etait tres propre. On entend un peu de bruit mais ce n'est pas genant. Les diverses piscines et le jardin rendent le cadre tres agreable. Je recommande

Ik heb volop genoten van mijn verblijf in het Murano Resort. Ze waren heel erg vriendelijke service en klantgericht. ik zelf beheerst de Franse taal niet maar er was altijd wel iemand die mij in het Engels kon assisteren. Ze werken samen met een private/taxi bedrijf die voor goedkoop je overal naartoe brengen. Ik zou Murano Resort aan iedereen aanbevelen. Ze waren begripvol en geduldig.

Entre tradition Marocaine et modernisme popart. 3 Piscines réservées aux villas plus une grande piscine atypique à fond rouge au centre de l’hôtel. Ne pas manquer les brunch du Dimanche avec barbecue et DJ. Le choix parfait pour une escapade en amoureux.

Expedia doit IMPERATIVEMENT envoyer des "bons d'échange" (voucher) officiels aux clients!!!! Sous menace de rester coinces a l'aeroport aux personnes detenteurs de carte d'identite et non de passeports. Ma fille et moi-même avons ete autorisées de maniere tout a fait exceptionnelle a embarquer dans l'avion, mais en theorie le papier de confirmation de reservation de l'hotel donne par mail par expedia ne suffit pas! Il faut prouver de maniere officielle l'hebergement pendant la duree du sejour, et meme un appel telephonique a l'hotel qui a confirme notre reservation ne suffit pas!

Stayed at the Murano Marrakech last week, (April 2012) and cant speak highly enough of it, from the 4 swimming pools to the great food (the steak was superb). The junior suite we booked was huge, had a large dressing room, gigantic bed and really nice bathroom. The concierge, called Slim, made us feel at ease immediately even though we arrived a day earlier than planned. A real log fire was lit in an ultra modern lounge and tea brought immediately to us two weary travellers. The Operation Manager, Pierre, is always on hand to ensure the whole place runs like clockwork and that the staff always offer exceptional service.

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, the manager, Pierre-Yves greeted us everyday as we lay by the pool, or ate dinner. The grounds are well maintained and the breakfast is the perfect start to the day. The rooms are surprisingly large and well kept. The staff were lays helpful. The other manager Karim was always there to help and answer questions.

We recently stayed at the Murano Resort Marrakech.I booked it based on the website and photographs and was initially discouraged by the negative comments on Trip Advisor but decided to go with my instinct. This Hotel should carry a 5 star rating. We were upgraded to a larger suite upon arrival and were blown away by both the room, black bathrooms and the grounds. You effectively stay in your own villa. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. Yes drinks are expensive but only in line with what you would expect to pay for this level of Hotel. Some of the comments about bugs etc are absurd!! This is Africa!! The swimming pools are beautiful and the whole experience meant that we left in a very chilled state. I cannott recommend this hotel highly enough and will definately be going back.

Très bel hôtel à 20 minutes du centre de Marrkech. Jardins magnifiques, chambres spacieuses et confortables. Propreté impécable (interieur/exterieur). Belles piscines. Restauration soignée. Une très grande gentillesse et disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel. On est toujours traité en VIP. En couple, en famille ou en single, c'est une excellente adresse !

Il aurait était intéressant de mentionner que la piscine principale (celle qui nous avait décidé à réserver dans cet établissement plutôt qu’un autre) était en rénovation/nettoyage ! Nous aurions opté pour un autre hôtel. Le personnel charmant a cependant rattrapé cet inconvénient

Très belle hôtel chambre très propre personnel de très souriant et serviable cependant certains équipements comme la télévision ou encore le frigo ne fonctionne pas malgré notre relance auprès de la réception. Et enfin très déçu des taxes imaginaire de chambre de près de 90€ par nuit et un petit déjeuner à payer alors que l’on nous dit à l’arrive Que le petit déjeuner n’est pas accessible.

I wanted a few days in the sun - and got exactly that. The hotel is in the Palmeraie (huge palm grove) outside Marrakech itself. A shuttle can be ordered easily from the hotel. The food in the hotel was very good and the breakfasts were excellent. I'm happy to recommend the Murano Resort.

Hotel situé dans la Palmeraie, un peu en retrait du centre donc voiture de location obligatoire pour toute sortie extérieur. Pas beaucoup de monde en cette période, tant mieux, nous avons pu apprécier en journée le silence, la beauté du cadre, des très beaux jardins et la gentillesse du personnel de la piscine. Nous avons été loge tout au bout de l'hôtel dans des chambres sans grand luxe mais mignonnette, bonne literie, propre avec nécessaire de toilette inclus, malheureusement des chiens ont aboyés toutes les nuits ne nous laissant dormir et mettant nos nerfs à rude épreuve. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception qui nous à informé être au courant mais ce ou ces chiens étant extérieur à l'hôtel... Malika, adorable réceptionniste, en bonne professionnel nous a offert le petit déjeune en compensation.

Je rentre enchantée de ma semaine passée à Marrakech à l'hôtel Murano. J'ai trouvé tout ce que je cherchais : la tranquillité, un parc arboré très bien entretenu, 4 piscines, une magnifique architecture et un personnel aux petits soins. Je recommande les yeux fermés cet établissement et je compte bien y retourner dès que possible.
