Hôtel vraiment bien, les serveurs sont tous gentil, Mohammed , Jamal, et tout les autres également. Le service est super propre les chambres sont toujours bien nettoyer. Un grand merci d’ailleurs à madame Bouchra qui a toujours bien entretenu notre chambre. Les repas sont vraiment très bon contrairement à d’autre hôtels où c’est moyen. Vraiment un très bon hôtel et je le conseille vivement.

Le complexe se distingue par sa grandeur et son entretien impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent de nombreux espaces de rangement. La formule tout compris donne accès à une multitude de restaurants, d'encas, de viennoiseries et de boissons. La restauration est caractérisée par sa diversité, son abondance et son excellente qualité. Le personnel est aimable, attentif et toujours disponible. La piscine, de très grande taille, est dotée d'un îlot pour enfants avec toboggans. Un nombre suffisant de transats est disponible de chaque côté de la piscine. La plage attenante est superbe. Une belle promenade piétonnière longe l'intégralité de la plage jusqu'à la Marina, offrant de belles et longues opportunités de balades. Le seul point à noter, bien qu'il ne relève pas de la responsabilité de l'établissement, est l'influence de l'Atlantique sur Agadir. En conséquence, la température de l'eau de la piscine et de la mer est très fraîche, et la région est sujette à des vents importants en fonction des marées. We were very impressed with this property, very accommodating to all of our needs. The staff from our very first interaction till the day we left were “First Class”. From helping us coordinate tours, secure travel arrangements, helping us to find some much needed supplies. The Food service and restaurants are to be Commended and we used them all! We were a part of a multigenerational family and it was great to see there were activities that could keep us all happy and the times we shared can’t be measured…It had been two years since we were last together. Highly recommend this property!

The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive.

The room was clean and tidy. Pool facilities were nice and clean no issues with sun beds any time of the day. The beach area was lovely clean, tidy and private. Only issue i would say is the all inclusive is probably the worse I've had the food options were on repeat everyday. Enquired about late check out and was told £160 for 4 hours which is crazy. Been to plenty hotels and never been asked to pay such a ridiculous amount.

Enjoyed our stay overall. The locals are friendly, so the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was clean and really stunning lobby area with views over the sea. The pool is massive and there were enough sun loungers, though we were there at a quieter time in May. Really nice padded couches overlooking the beach. The beach is really long and wide and well used. It was lovely to walk along the beach every day. There was a violinist in the lobby The negatives: loud music! I like to relax and listen to the sea, (the is a private beach area, noise free, but it was a bit chilly in the wind). They have loud music by the pool, which gets louder at zumba /water aerobics time. I like to listen to my music through my headphones or meditate, but it was impossible around the lool. At night it was worse, really loud 8:45 until around 11pm. So if you have kids and actually want them to sleep, opt for a room that doesn't overlook the pool, you should be okay. I didn't sleep great as the pillows were really puffy which makes my neck ache, so wished I'd brought my own. The duvet too thick - like a winter thickness, so despite the room being perfect temperature without air con, I had to turn it on and blast out cold

Hôtel superbe.Accueil chaleureux.Personnel au petit soin. Grand choix de restauration. Dommage que les immenses et magnifiques piscines ne soient pas chauffées, personne ne se baigne, excepté dans la petite piscine intérieure très bien chauffée . Dommage également que la formule tout inclus ne comprennent que trois ou quatre cocktails basiques et sucrés. Impossible d’avoir par exemple un mojito, même en payant. La propreté des verres laisse vraiment à désirer, j’ai découvert des traces de rouge à lèvres sur mon verre et je n’en mets jamais. Il est préférable de prendre une paille ou d’essuyer soi-même son verre, indigne d’un cinq étoiles. Ceci dit, notre séjour était très agréable, l’équipe d’animation était top. Nous rentrons avec de super souvenirs de ce magnifique hôtel.

Ikke noget for mig. Men beliggenheden er rigtig god, stedet holdes i flot stand og maden er af fin standard. Det er et meget højt støj- og aktivitetsniveau - og mange mennesker overalt. Det er all inclusive i den bedre ende, men stadig for meget for mig til at have en god ferie.

Advertised as 5* hotel but the experience is that of a holiday village. Queues for food, cheap drinks, noisy. Does not match the level of money one pays for this. Part of the disappointment comes directly from expedia as to how it advertises this hotel. From the pictures and descriptions looks completely different and much better than reality. Google also advertises this as a 4* hotel i believe the 5* are not there.
