Wonderful staff, excellent location. The location itself is lovely and spotless. Ive certainly stayed in much worse locations. However, there is the cleaning fee and the tax. The municipal and tourist fees are typical 25 dirhams per person a day, about euros. 4 and all hotels must pay it, though some include it in their rates. You can check this out. However, the cleaning fee is something Ive never encountered outside of airing and it is a shock. After some heated debate, this was set at 45 dirhams a day, about e. 2. Total tax and cleaning fee 70 dirhams per day, or e. 5. Nevertheless, it had started with the manager demanding 40 euros per day, but I did get my room cleaned each day, though this may be partly because I moved three times in four days. The first room was in a separate building up 2 flights of very narrow stairs with no daylight or other access. Paint peeling off the walls. I felt incarcerated. The second room was off the courtyard in the main structure, as seen in all the photos. Sweet room, but the door and window opened directly out onto the courtyard where people ate, drank, chatted, and smoked at night. The third room was up the next flight. Again, do not anticipate the plumbing to work perfectly in any of these options, and although somewhat more private, I was

If you want fancy then stay in the New Town but if you want the real Marrakech experience then stay at Riad Hannah. This Riad looks nothing from outside but once you step through the door, you get this friendly homely welcome. It is basic in general, with an open plan area where all guests seem to commune in the evenings to chat. Open policy on the kitchen so you can use whenever you want, constant supply of green tea (which was delicious) and they even provided popcorn and nuts for guests who where chatting in the evenings. They were extremely helpful and will organize everything for you in regards to day trips etc. I would highly recommend the spa where they organized out Hamman Treatment.

The staff were friendly and the facility met our needs without breaking the bank. They helped us with tours and transportation and made good suggestions on tours and where to go and what to avoid. They made us feel safe and welcome until we could figure out Marakesh and Morocco.

Some employees were quite polite for the first time. However, we booked our own tour separately from the start of the story because there was a major demand for over 1, 000 dirham when we landed at the hotel. Some was for a tourist fee, but more than 50 was for a cleaning service consisting of making the bed and providing clean towels which you had to occasionally request. When ever a guest stepped in, he complained that the cleaning fee was not advertised and that he wasnt happy with paying it because it was not advertised. They promote a wide range of amenities based on what you book, such as massage, hairdressers, gift shop, bar, restaurant, jacuzzi, etc. None of this exists. My eyes were occasionally dripping with cigarette smoke when I looked in the center of the room. The hotel is difficult to locate and in the middle of the soul. Just be cautious of people who are willing to be helpful and take you there before requesting money for this service. This applies to Marrakech particularly the rooms were noisy and it is difficult to slumber without earplugs. There is a lot of urgency to embark on one of the trips they organize, we booked our own independent of the read. The rooms were filthy, and the bathroom had not been cleaned prior or while we were there. Because the owner overbooked and there was

For my friend's birthday, we traveled to Marrakech. We chose a read because we wanted to be closer to the Medina and also walk to other points of interest. The read is only a few minutes' walk from the main square. The location is great. The shop is also accessible. Staff is courteous I know they are supposed to be friendly, but they will make you feel right at home. When you first arrive, they greeted you with a smile and offered you delicious tea. Thank you so much to ramon and Mun for their excellent service! If you have a problem with arrival times, you may also book rooms on the first floor. I mean, they offer transportation and you stop for toilet breaks and lunch, so I suppose that's as touristy as you get. The read offers transportation that isn't really that costly, but because Marrakech is thriving in the tourism industry, I recommend getting rooms from the first floor. We stayed on the first floor, so never, again. There is no toilet door, of course, it might be a dealbreaker for some people because the restroom's reception is on the ground floor, so you will hear anyone checking in. There are additional cleaning costs, maybe they should include this in the description of the read, but the satisfaction is mostly dependent on your definition of room cleaning service. Overall, I would advise you to book this book

Overall, a wonderful stay and I would recommend it. We stayed at Read Hanah for five nights in January and had a very pleasant stay. All the staff were extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy every day. Breakfast was typical of Morocco and in the lovely surroundings of the courtyard, with plants and water features. We organized an excursion to Essaouira through the read which worked perfectly. The company they use also offers various other excursionsday trips. The roof is a nice sunspot in sunny weather, with sun loungers, chairs, and a table. Good location not far from the main square and not far from where taxis drop you off.

Would stay here again. The best part was the wonderful staff who worked all day round the clock. Room cleaned thoroughly every day. And I had to ask for towels too. Some noise from the courtyard but not too bad. Terrace a bit basic but cleaned daily. Breakfast was excellent. Trips out said we booked a city your which was good for a camel ride but expensive.

L'accueil est très sympathique mais demander bien une chambre a l’étage , plus lumineuse et plus confort.
