If you come to bagan alone and want to make friends as a tourist, this is the best place. i came to bagan alone yesterday but made friends here so we can explore tample together. in front of the hostel there are some very good local places to eat, electric motorbike rental opposite the hostel is also available and the price is cheaper. make sure you must have a power bank, because in bagan the electricity is on at certain hours and the hostel does not have a generator. this hostel has a free breakfast with a large portion. richo from indonesia

We stayed here because it was close to the jetty where we were getting ready for the boat that would begin the next morning. There were mosquitoes in the room that bouncy around my head all night, so I didn't sleep well. There are no screens on the windows. This hotel also has a smoking policy. Since there are ashtrays in the rooms, my room smelled like cigarettes. Even though the hotter water was broken, it was good. It was a little noisy at night when guests came home late. Positive, the rooms appeared to be spotless. We also took a walk down to the river in the back streets, which was quite interesting and appeared like a real mandala. Numerous small lanes give you a real idea of how people live and run their business. If I could find another hotel for the same money, I likely wouldn't stay here again. It was the setting for our overnight stay.

I have a good experience here. This hotel was very affordable with big rooms and good location. Breakfast on the first floor. The manager was very friendly. This hotel felt home to me.

The place is located in the new beginning, close to many great restaurants and not at all isolated from the rest of what begins has to offer. The rooms are not top notch but still good enough to satisfy your needs. Helped us book the next bus and offers rental scooters. would stay again.

The good thing about this hotel is that when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helped us by helping us with our bike rental and bus station transfer when we left. I liked this place, especially the small size room and the shower, they provide the best service. But it still doesn't really compare to other hotels in Varanas, but that's just what we got here.

This was the last time I stayed here since it was close to the jetty where we were catching the boat that would begin early the next morning. There were mosquitoes in the room that ruffled around my head all night. The windows do not have screens. Also, this is a smoking motel. My room smelled like cigarettes, and there are ashtrays in the rooms, so smoking is certainly permitted. The hot water was good, though my hotter tap was broken. At night when guests are coming home late, it was a little noisy. On the plus side, the rooms appeared to be clean. We also took a stroll through the back streets down to the river, which was really interesting and looked like a genuine mandala. There is a lot of little laneways, giving a real perspective of how people live and their businesses. If I were able to find another place for roughly the same money, I probably wouldn't stay here again. But for our overnight stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vertex, which was in a peaceful and peaceful part of nyang u. The staff was cordial and helpful throughout our stay, the room was air conditioned, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to begin the day with a wide selection of local and continental breakfast options. The terrace offered an amazing sunset in the evening, and while the startled temples or hot air balloons are not readily visible from the viewpoint, it was a great place to sip a beverage and cool off at night. We did observe a very musty smell in the room, which might be difficult for those sensitive to scents, but with the ac, any smell was managedmasked. The room itself was clean and well-kept. Vertex has few dining options or stores within walking distance on our first night, we did stroll to the salon restaurant, which was 20 minutes long, along poorly illuminated dirt walking routes or along the main road without a sidewalk. However, you can easily access many local restaurants by renting bikes from the hotel. If you do not want to leave for dinner, the hotel does have a restaurant.

Five weeks in advance, I made a reservation through Papplication and paid in cash approximately 117. 06 nonrefundable, for three nights in early February 2018, for room 201, a superior room in the center of the hotel, including breakfast. It costs 5,00 kyat to take the taxi from the airport. When you leave the airport, you must spend another 25, 00 kyat or us$ 20 per person for entering the starting archaeology zone. The first minute came around rp. The staff had trouble finding my reservation at first. Since the motel has no elevator, I had to climb two stories. After leaving the door and window open for 23 hours, the room had a chemical or insecticide scent that faded out. Window screens are unremovable. On the street, there is a lot of traffic. Tiles in the hallway and stairway were damaged. Quite a small space. The bed was cozy. Breakfast was terrible, essentially consisting of toast, fried eggs, toast, coffee, juice, and cold vegetables. Never meat or fish. And the day has fruit. The washer and dryer worked well, the shower curtain was absent, the hot water worked well, and the towels were ok. To and refrigerator functioned. To lacked more than 10 channels, primarily in English.

I arrived at 530 am after a night bus check in was 1400 but for half the price of the room they allowed us to check in early, shower, sleep, and have breakfast which we thought was very reasonable. By the time we got the room and chilled out it was time for breakfast. What a view! During breakfast we watched the balloons take off and it was lovely. Breakfast is fine, maybe there could be some more choices. It is a bit chilly in the morning and if your later for breakfast I can see the food getting cold very quickly. The room was clean and the staff are friendly, I suggest it

The negative things about this hotel are the cleanliness in this hotel, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the unclean shower, and the lack of internet connection. Plus, the employees are very helpful and friendly.

This place is in an excellent location and breakfast. We arrived early, but the staff was kind enough to let us sleep on the couch while waiting for our room to be ready. It was a basic room, the bathroom was tiny and ineffective but the shower was fine. They also let us shower in another room before our bus ride.

We had a great four-day stay at the beginning vertex hostel. The facilities are nice, and the room is extremely cozy. The rooftop is excellent, and having a delicious breakfast on the rooftop after an early wake-up is very enjoyable. The restaurant is of good quality, however all the price and in USD and not in kyats the conversion rate is theirs. We rented bikes with them, it's cheaper in town, but you can get a good price if you take it for several days. On the last day, 3 bikes were on the same day. Before hitting the road, make sure to check everything. If there's a problem, they'll pick you up wherever you are. The staff is helpful and available, but their English language is limited, so communication has not always easy, mainly over the phone.

I'm very satisfied and decided to come back again. The location of the hotel is great, this hotel is close to the city center and many facilities like the library and the restaurant. But the weather in the room is very hot, and even on weekends it gets hot and people are tired. All the staff has a range generator. There are a lot of negative sides here. The quality of the room and reception is very good, I have good taste. The price is fair, and I have a month's leave. The weather is warm, but this season the lights are off, and the staff have a range generator, if you want to work for 2 or 3 hours at most, and the generator is OFF after the electricity is on.

Located in New Beginning, the place is close to many good restaurants and not at all isolated from the rest of what Beginning has to offer. The rooms are not top notch, but they are still enough to satisfy your needs. Helped us book our next bus and offers rental scooters. Will remain again.

The room was big, nice and clean. Breakfast was nice, they provide e bike. We can rent the ebike for 4 to 10 thousand kyat. But, they dont let us to checking out at 12.30 pm (only 30 mins after the check out time) to pray. They also doesnt have any prayer room. We have to pay usd 20 more if we want to pray and use a room. Beside that, everything was nice.
