A wonderful position in Lazimpat. Thamel and Kathmandu Dunbar Square can be reached on foot. The rooms are excellent, well-appointed, and clean. There is free wifi. Although the receptionists are friendly, it appears that management is following outdated procedures that irritate visitors. Due to a variety of travels throughout Nepal, we checked in 3 times a week, each time we had to provide a copy of our passport. What good is utilizing a computer to learn about past guests? The rooftop restaurant lounge is very lovely, the food is good but could be a little better. The service is, at best, subpar. The breakfast buffet is extremely bland, with awful coffee and lazy waiters. Overall, a nice experience. Most of the complaints are meant to be taken seriously and improved by management.

This hotel is in a great location. This place has access to a lot of different attractions in the surrounding area. The employees are quite polite and friendly. The cabin on foreign affairs was incredibly useful. He was always willing to answer any questions I had. When I was there at the hotel, he was a pleasant face. It was a wonderful way to start the day if I had him join me at the breakfast service. The accommodation was amazing. The nicest I've ever stayed in during my entire trip to Nepal. I'm eager to come back soon.

It was a very pleasant stay. Nice and tidy. I maintained my hygiene. The food is delicious. Staff are very cooperative. Located in the center of Kathmandu City. The hotel is also suitable for business conferences. Price is reasonable to stay. From the hotel's rooftop, the panoramic view of Kathmandu City is amazing.

Thank you to all the staff here for making us happy. This place is very recommended if you are visiting Kathmandu. We found the place to be very comfortable. The cleanliness in the rooms was great. They also provide hot water. There are also amazing breakfasts.

This is a hotel that is well located for business travelers and families. The service staff are professional and always happy to help. The room is clean and spacious. Roof top restaurant has a beautiful view of the city and good seating atmosphere.
