After three nights at the hotel, we've just returned. The area that probably needs some attention is a strange damp smell when you arrive at the front desk. I'm not sure what it was, but it wasn't in the hallways or bedrooms. Carpets in communal areas need a cleaner frequently. Some of the rooms are a touch antiquated. Overall, we thought it was fantastic value for the money, and we would happily return because it matched our requirements perfectly.

The cleanliness of the room was nice with a big bed, but the bathroom smelled like sewer. I must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning because it is so pricey and no hot food. However, the employees just brought us a croissant.

Wouldnt return. It is listed as a threestar hotel, but it actually should be a twostar. If you find a room facing south, the sun will start to rise and heat it up like a conservatory. There is no air conditioning. In my room, it had to be around 30 when it was 16 out. I slept as well as I did during a large heat wave, so it wasnt ideal, and so I avoided the room as much as possible. Everything was spotless, though there were a moth and drain flies coming out of the shower. We made the sink as tightly closed because we detected a sewer odor. The beds are rigid, but thats what I like so I had no problem. Except for hand soap and shower gel, no toiletries are provided, so youll have to pay for anything else. The personnel was courteous. Due to the tram, pedestrian crossings, and even people simply passing by or sitting on the outdoor patio, everything is extremely noisy. It is generally clean, although the shower had moths and drain flies coming out of it. We kept the sink closed as tight as possible because there was a sewer odor in it.
