Overall, I had a great time and would recommend this hotel. The location is ideal in the heart of the city. The room is tidy, and the shower is fantastic. There is a water boiler in the apartment, so you can make your own coffee or tea. Restaurants and shops are only a one-minute walk away. If you have a car, there is free parking. Free continental breakfast, simple but quite good and enough. Free wifi but the connection is inconsistent. There is an old small door in the room that does not work, but this isn't a problem for me.

With the updated flooring in the rooms, the new flyscreens, the upgraded and working wifi, and the same exceptional service from the very friendly staff, you can expect a little city noise, it mainly comes from people relaxing in a cafe on the Simonsplein and is beautiful. Some bathrooms have bathtubs and some just showers, a touch antiquated but clean and functional! Parking is possible in the hotel's back yard. Excellent breakfast served outside on the terrace in summer as well as a water boiler in each room, so you can quickly enjoy a hot beverage in your room. French doors open, so it's really great to spend time reading in your room or just watching city life if the weather allows it! Your Goto hotel in Doetinchem!.

I loved the balcony and the bathroom! There were 2 single beds that kept sliding away from each other, so we didn't sleep well. The breakfast was delicious.

It has a private parking lot. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, and I have a large heavy luggage. The staff and owners are top notch. They cannot do enough to help. I didn't choose this hotel because it was a job. Would I now choose that for myself? Yes, certainly. Everything is right outside the door in a charming little town.

This hotel is in the heart of Doetinchem. It is not luxurious, but for the price, it satisfies all criteria. This time I stayed in room 110, which also has a small balcony. Single beds are in the Dutch style small, narrow, and low to the ground. Only Continental breakfast.
