A damage deposit of NZD 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with an international Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card. (Transaction fees are non-refundable.) Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an international American Express or Diners Club credit card. (Transaction fees are non-refundable.) Please note that when booking 4 or more rooms, full payment is required at time of booking, and no amendments or cancellations will be accepted within 30 days of arrival. Please note that refunds may take between 7 - 10 working days. Guests are required to show a photo ID and your original credit card used to secure this booking upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. We do not allow external catering inside any of our accommodation. Please note full accommodation charges are due on check in.
